Claims (4)
- 식재료의 세척수 및 요리수용 정수기와 살균용 살균수기에 있어서,공급관에 설치된 감압밸브(12)로 압력이 조정되어 공급되는 원수에서 녹 찌꺼기와 부유물질과 같은 이물질을 제거하도록 PP(Polypropylene)필터(11)가 내장된 제1여과기(10)와; 상기 제1여과기(10)에서 여과된 물을 정화하도록 파이카트리지 필터가 내장된 정화기(20)와; 상기 정화기(20)에서 정화된 물을 여과시키기 위하여 카본블럭 필터(31)가 내장된 제2여과기(30)로 구성된 정수기(1)와;공급관에 설치된 감압밸브(42)로 압력이 조정되어 공급되는 원수를 포화염수 상태로 저장하는 염수공급 펌프(41)가 설치된 염수탱크(40)와; 상기 염수탱크(40)로부터 공급되는 염수와 자동밸브(44)를 통하여 공급량이 제어되어 공급되는 원수를 직류전원공급장치(70)로부터 공급되는 직류전원으로 살균수로 변환시키는 전해장치(50)와; 상기 전해장치(50)로부터 공급되는 살균수를 공급받아 저장하는 살균수 공급펌프(61)가 설치된 살균수 탱크(60)와; 상기 구성요소를 제어하는 제어기로 이루어진 살균수기(2)와;상기 정수기(1)와 살균수기(2)는 이동가능하도록 이송바퀴가 설치된 몸체(B)에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 일체형 식재료의 세척수 및 요리수용 대용량 정수기와 살균수기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 정화기(20)의 파이카트리지 필터는 물의 냄새를 제거하기 위한 대나무 숯층(21)과; 천연미네랄이 풍부하며, 칼슘을 다량 용출시켜 물에 다량의 칼슘이 함유될 수 있도록 하기 위한 코랄샌드층(22)과; 알카리 물로 만들기 위한 알카리볼층(23)과; 자력을 방출함으로써 물의 성질을 변화시키기 위한 자철광층(24)과; 음이온을 방출하여 물의 성질을 변화시키며, 천연 미네랄이 풍부하여 미네랄이 풍부한 물로 변화시키기 위한 토르말린층(25)으로 이루어지되,상기 파이카트리지 필터는 하측에서부터 토르말린 3㎏과 자광철 3㎏과 알카리볼 5㎏과 코랄샌드 3㎏과 대나무 숯 2㎏이 순서대로 적층되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 일체형 식재료의 세척수 및 요리수용 대용량 정수기와 살균수기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 감압밸브(12)에서는 공급관으로 공급되는 물이 제1여과기(10)와 정화기(20)와 제2여과기(30)를 통하여 원활하게 여과 및 정화되어 토출될 수 있도록 물의 압력을 4㎏/㎠으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 식재료의 세척수 및 요리수용 대용량 정수기와 살균수기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 살균수기(2)는 제어기가 자동밸브(44)를 제어하여 전해장치(50)에 공급되는 원수량을 조절함으로써 전기분해방치(50)에서 배출되는 살균수의 농도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일체형 식재료의 세척수 및 요리수용 대용량 정수기와 살 균수기.
