- 적층된 셀의 외측에 집전판(10)이 배치되고, 상기 집전판(10)의 외측에 인슐레이터(20)가 배치되며, 상기 인슐레이터(20)의 외측에 엔드플레이트(30)가 배치되고, 이들 전체를 관통하는 타이로드를 매개로 체결이 이루어지는 연료전지 스택에 있어서,상기 인슐레이터(20)의 내측면에 안착홈(21)이 형성되고, 그 안착홈(21)에 상기 집전판(10)이 삽입되며, 상기 집전판(10)은 상기 안착홈(21)에 삽입 안착되었을 때 상기 안착홈(21)으로부터 돌출되는 두께로 형성되고,상기 집전판(10)과 상기 안착홈(21)은 상기 셀의 반응면적과 동일한 형상과 면적을 가지며,상기 인슐레이터(20)의 외측면에 안착홈(22)이 형성되고, 상기 엔드플레이트(30)의 내측면에 돌출면(31)이 형성되어, 그 돌출면(31)이 상기 안착홈(22)에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 엔드플레이트(30)의 돌출면(31)은 자신을 제외한 엔드플레이트(30)의 두께보다 작은 값의 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 엔드플레이트(30) 돌출면(31)의 두께와 상기 인슐레이터(20) 외측면의 안착홈(22)의 깊이는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택.
- 청구항 5 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 엔드플레이트(30)의 돌출면(31)과 상기 인슐레이터(20) 외측면의 안착홈(22)은 상기 셀의 반응면적과 동일한 형상 및 면적으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택.
