Claims (6)
- 삭제
- 이차전지 안정화 장치에 있어서,이차전지의 양단과 연결되어 충전 전압 및 충전 전류를 공급하여 상기 이차전지를 충전하는 전원;상기 이차전지의 음극과 양극에 연결되며, 제어전류가 제공되면 상기 이차전지의 양단을 연결하여 상기 전원을 단락(SHORT)시키는 스위칭소자; 및상기 이차전지의 충전전압이 만충전 전압 또는 과충전 전압 이상이 되면, 상기 제어전류를 상기 스위칭소자에 공급하는 제너 다이오드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 안정화 장치.
- 이차전지 안정화 장치에 있어서,이차전지의 양단과 연결되어 충전 전압 및 충전 전류를 공급하여 상기 이차전지를 충전하는 전원;상기 이차전지의 음극과 양극에 연결되며, 제어전류가 제공되면 상기 이차전지의 양극을 연결하여 상기 전원을 단락(SHORT)시키는 스위칭소자; 및상기 이차전지의 충전전압이 만충전 전압 또는 과충전 전압 이상이 되면, 상기 제어전류를 상기 스위칭소자에 공급하는 배리스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 안정화 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 스위칭소자는 NPN 트랜지스터 또는 PNP 트랜지스터임을 특징으로 하는 이차전지 안정화 장치.
- 삭제
- 제2항 또는 제3항의 이차전지 안정화 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
