- 실린더형 완충장치에 있어서,캡에 의해 내부공간을 형성하는 실린더와;상기 캡에 관통되어 실린더 내부를 직선적으로 이동하는 피스톤로드와;상기 피스톤로드에 장착되어 실린더 내부를 직선이동하며, 외측둘레를 따라 소정의 간격으로 작동홈(25)이 형성되고, 상기 작동홈에는 작동홈 보다 폭이 좁은 작동링(26)이 끼워져 전/후로 이동하게 조립되며, 외측둘레를 따라서 일정한 간격을 두고 길이방향으로 형성된 하나 이상의 요입홈(22)이 전방에서부터 작동홈(25)의 일부까지 형성된 피스톤(20)과;상기 작동홈의 후방에는 테두리부(23)에 형성된 외측절개부(24a)와, 상기 외측절개부와 연결되면서 작동홈 일부까지 연결되는 내측절개부(24b)로 구성되는 미세홈(24)과;상기 실린더는 의료용 침대의 프레임(2)에 부착되고, 피스톤로드의 외측 끝에는 장방형 구멍(34)이 형성된 연결부(32)가 구비되며;상기 장방형 구멍(34)에는 회동하는 테이블의 다리(42)와 연결된 커넥터(46)에 고정된 핀(47)이 끼워져 조립됨에 따라 상기 테이블의 회동시 장방형 구멍(34) 내부를 이동시에는 완충장치에 의해서 제어되지 않게 됨을 특징으로 하는 실린더형 완충장치.
