Abstract
Description
그리고, 상기 토출홈(144)으로 낙하된 오일은 상기 플레이트(130)의 중앙부를 통과한 후에 상기 구동축(30)에 형성된 급유로(32)를 따라 상승하게 된다. 여기서, 상기 오일 흡입부(142)로는 상기 오일 저유부(12)에 저장된 오일과 상기 오일 회수부(200)에 의해 회수된 오일이 함께 유입된다.
Claims (5)
- 내부에 오일 저유부가 형성되는 케이싱;상기 케이싱에 연결되어 상기 케이싱 내부로 냉매가 유입되도록 하는 흡입 포트;상기 케이싱의 내측면에 고정되며, 적어도 상기 오일 저유부에 저장된 유체를 흡입하는 흡입부가 형성되는 오일 펌프;상기 케이싱의 외측에 연결되어, 상기 케이싱의 외측에 제공되는 오일 분리기에서 회수된 오일이 상기 케이싱 내부로 유입되도록 하는 오일 회수 포트; 및상기 케이싱의 내측에 위치되어 상기 오일 회수 포트와 연통되며, 상기 오일 분리기에서 분리되어 상기 오일 회수 포트를 이동하는 오일이 상기 흡입부로 유입 가능하도록 하는 오일 회수부가 포함되는 스크롤 압축기의 오일 공급 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오일 회수부는, 일단부가 상기 오일 회수 포트와 연결되는 관인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 오일 공급 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오일 회수부는 상기 오일 펌프 내부에 형성되는 오일 회수 유로와,일단이 상기 오일 회수 유로에 연결되는 오일 회수관이 포함되는 스크롤 압축기의 오일 공급 구조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 오일 회수관은 상기 오일 회수 유로에 연결된 상태에서 상기 흡입부를 향하여 연장되는 스크롤 압축기의 오일 공급 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오일 회수부는,상기 오일 펌프에 형성되며, 일측은 상기 오일 회수 포트와 연통되고, 타측은 상기 흡입부와 연통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 오일 공급 구조.
