Claims (13)
- 표면에 코로나 처리가 되어 있고 내면에는 우레탄 코팅층이 형성된 고광택 PET 또는 PVC 필름층과상기 우레탄 코팅층 상부에 형성된, 폴리비닐클로라이드, 우레탄(무황변), UV 안정제, PVC 안정제, 메틸에틸케톤, 톨루엔, 에틸아세테이트, 안료로 이루어진 인쇄층, 및상기 인쇄층 상부에 형성된, 아크릴공중합체, 톨루엔, 에틸아세테이트, 메틸에틸케톤으로 이루어진 접착제층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 융착용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 필름층 상부에 UV 코팅층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 융착용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름층이 폴리에스테르 필름 또는 폴리비닐클로라이드 필름으로서 표면에 코로나 처리가 된 10~30㎛ 두께의 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 융착용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 인쇄층이 폴리비닐클로라이드 5~15 중량%, 우레탄(무황변) 5~15 중량%, UV 안정제 0.5~3중량%, 메틸에틸케톤 20~40중량%, 톨루엔 10~30중량%, 에틸아세테 이트 5~15중량%, 사이클로헥사논 2~10 중량%, 유기안료 5~15중량%를 혼합한 혼합물로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 융착용 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 인쇄층의 두께가 10~15㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 융착용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 우레탄 코팅층의 두께가 5~8㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 융착용 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 접착제층이 아크릴공중합체 20~40중량%, 톨루엔 20~40중량%, 에틸아세테이트 1~10중량% 및 메틸에틸케톤 20~40중량%으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 융착용 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 하이그로시 융착용 필름을 판재 위에 올려 놓는 단계; 및상기 필름이 올려진 판재를 150~180℃로 가열된 틀에 넣고 1~10분간 압착시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 판재가 ABS, PS, GP, PP, MDF, 철판으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제8항의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 성형품.
- 코로나처리가 된 PET, PVC 또는 CPP 필름층 내면에 우레탄 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계;상기 우레탄 코팅층 상부에 폴리비닐클로라이드, 우레탄, UV 안정제, PVC 안정제, 메틸에틸케톤, 톨루엔, 에틸아세테이트, 안료로 이루어진 혼합액을 도포 건조시켜 인쇄층을 형성시키는 단계; 및상기 인쇄층 상부에 아크릴공중합체, 톨루엔, 에틸아세테이트, 메틸에틸케톤으로 이루어진 혼합액을 도포 및 건조시켜 접착제층을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 융착용필름의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 코로나 처리된 PET, PVC, 또는 CPP 필름층 상부에 UV 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 융착용 필름의 제조방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 인쇄층이 폴리비닐클로라이드 5~15 중량%, 우레탄(무황변) 5~15 중량%, UV 안정제 0.5~3중량%, 메틸에틸케톤 20~40중량%, 톨루엔 10~30중량%, 에틸아세테이트 5~15중량%, 사이클로헥사논 2~10 중량%, 유기안료 5~15중량%를 혼합하는 단계;상기 인쇄층 혼합액을 1500~2000 rpm 속도로 20~40분 교반한 후 3롤 밀이나 샌드밀(Sand Mill)에 투입하여 2~5회 반복하여 입자를 곱게 밀링하는 단계; 및밀링된 상기 인쇄층 혼합액을 다시 1000~1500rpm의 속도로 5~20분간 교반하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이그로시 융착용 필름의 제조방법.
