Claims (5)
- 에틸 아크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸메틸 아크릴레이트, 프로필 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트 및 부틸 메타크릴레이트로부터 선택되는 아크릴레이트계 단량체 100중량부와, 하이드록시기, 아마이드기, 카르복실기로부터 선택되는 기능기가 아크릴레이트계 단량체에 치환된 관능성 아크릴계 단량체 1-20중량부를 유화 중합한 아크릴에멀젼, 상기 아크릴레이트계 단량체 100중량부에 대해 디옥틸아디페이트, 디아이소노닐아디페이트, 디아이소데실아디페트 및 비스부틸디글리콜아디페이트로부터 선택되는 아디페이트계 가소제 1-40중량부 및 스티렌계 단량체 100-400중량부를 함유하는 온돌마루용 1액형 아크릴레이트 수성 접착제 조성물

- 제 1항에 있어서,유화 중합시 유화제는 소듐도데실설페이트, 노닐페닐에틸렌옥사이드 및 옥틸페닐에틸렌옥사이드로부터 선택되어 단독 또는 혼합하여 사용하는 온돌마루용 1액형 아크릴레이트 수성 접착제 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 접착제 조성물은 아크릴레이트계 단량체 100중량부에 대해 관능성 아크릴계 단량체 1-10중량부, 스티렌계 단량체 200-400중량부, 중합개시제 0.1-2중량부, 중화제 20-35중량부를 유화 중합하여 제조된 아크릴에멀젼과 상기 아크릴레이트 단량체 100중량부당 무기계 충진제 200-300중량부, 가소제 5-30중량부, 분산제 20-35중량부, 증점제 20-35중량부 및 소포제 20-35중량부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 온돌마루용 1액형 아크릴레이트 수성 접착제 조성물
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 접착제 조성물에서 중합개시제는 암모늄 퍼설페이트, 소듐 퍼설페이트, 포타슘 퍼설페이트, 소듐 페로설파이트, 소듐 바이설파이트, 소듐 하이드로설파이트 및 과산화수소로부터 하나이상 선택되고, 중화제는 암모니아, 수산화나트륨, 아민으로부터 선택되며 무기계 충진제는 탄산칼슘, 클레이, 탈크, 규석분 및 규조토로부터 하나이상 선택되고, 폴리실록산계를 함유하는 분산제와, 실리콘계를 함유하 는 소포제, 및 증점제를 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온돌마루용 1액형 아크릴레이트 수성 접착제 조성물
