Claims (4)
- 플로우셀에 광을 조사하여 입자검출영역을 형성하고, 상기 입자검출영역을 통과하는 시료유체에 함유되는 입자가 발하는 산란광을 집광수단으로 집광하고, 입경의 정보를 얻는 입자측정장치에서,상기 플로우셀은 제1유로와, 상기 제1유로와 연속하는 제2유로를 가지며,상기 입자검출영역을 형성하는 상기 제1유로의 중심축과 상기 집광수단의 광축은 일치하며,상기 플로우셀의 내벽부가 상기 집광수단의 최외연부에 입사하는 상기 산란광을 방해하지 않도록 상기 제2유로의 폭은 상기 제1유로의 폭보다 크게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 입자측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1유로와 상기 제2유로는 직교하도록 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 입자측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2유로는 상기 제1유로에 연결되어 중심축이 일치하는 사각추형상 또는 원추형상으로 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 입자측정장치
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 플로우셀은 제4유로를 더 포함하며,상기 제2유로와 상기 제4유로는 상기 제1유로의 상류측과 하류측에 중심축이 일치하는 사각추형상 또는 원추형상으로 마련되어 있으며, 상기 집광수단이 상기 플로우셀을 끼워 2개 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 입자측정장치.
