Claims (10)
- 입력전류에 따라 제1전압을 생성하는 제1전압원;제1전압보다 높은 제1기준전압을 출력하는 기준전압원;제1전압보다 낮고 제1전압의 변동에 응답해 지연을 가지고 변동하는 제2전압을 생성하는 제2전압원;제1기준전압과 제2전압을 비교하고 제1기준전압 또는 제2전압 중 어느 하나를 선택하는 제1비교유닛; 및제2기준전압을 제1전압과 비교하는 제2비교유닛을 포함하는 전류전압변환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1비교유닛은제2기준전압으로서 제1기준전압을 출력하는 제1스위치; 및제2기준전압으로서 제2전압을 출력하는 제2스위치를 포함하는 전류전압변환기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1비교유닛은제1기준전압과 제2전압을 비교하여 비교결과에 따라 제1 또는 제2스위치의 도전상태를 제어하는 비교기를 포함하는 전류전압변환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2전압원은제1전압의 출력유닛과 접지전위 사이에 직렬로 접속된 저항 및 정전류원; 및정전류원과 병렬로 접속된 커패시터를 포함하는 전류전압변환기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제2전압원은 제2전압으로서 전압을 출력하고, 이 전압은 저항에 의해 강하된 제1전압인 전류전압변환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기준전압원은제1전압원의 입력전위와 접속된 비반전입력단자를 가진 연산증폭기;연산증폭기의 출려과 반전입력단자 사이에 접속된 저항; 및반전입력단자와 접지 사이에 접속된 정전류원을 포함하는 전류전압변환기.
- 전류로부터 전압을 변환하는 방법에 있어서입력전류에 따라 제1전압을 생성하는 단계;제1전압과 다른 기설정된 전압을 가지고 제1전압에 응답해 지연을 가지고 변화하는 제2전압을 출력하는 단계;상기 제1기준전압과 제2전압의 제1비교결과를 기초로 제2기준전압으로서 제1기준전압 또는 제2전압 중 어느 하나를 선택하는 단계; 및제1전압을 제2기준전압과 비교하고 제2비교결과에 기초해 전압을 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 전류로부터 전압을 변환하는 방법.
- 입력전류를 받고 입력전류를 증폭해 제1전압을 출력하는 증폭기; 및제1전압을 기준전압과 비교해 비교결과를 생성하는 비교기를 포함하고,기준전압은 제1전압보다 높은 제2전압과 제1전압보다 낮고 제1전압의 변화에 응답해 지연을 가지고 변화하는 제3전압 사이의 전압의 관계를 기초로 결정되는 전류전압변환기.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 증폭기는 입력 및 출력 단자 사이에 피드백저항을 구비하고 입력전류는 입력단자에 공급되는 전류전압변환기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 입력전류는 포토다이오드로부터의 수광을 기초로 한 전류인 전류전압변환기.
