- 삭제
- 연소실(200) 상면에는 난방수탱크(300)를 설치하여 난방수탱크(300)의 난방수가 데워지게 하고,연소실(200)의 열원이 통과되는 연도(400)는 난방수탱크(300)의 내부를 지그재그로 통과시켜서 배기구(500)와 연결되게 설치하여 난방수가 연도(400)의 열기에 의해 이중으로 데워지게 하며,난방수탱크(300) 내부에 위치된 연도(400)의 외주면에는 급탕수용 온수관(410)을 수회 감아 설치하고,연소실(200) 바닥에는 다수의 철파이프로 구성되면서 바닥에 재받이(610)가 구비된 로스톨(600)을 설치하여연료투입문(100)을 통해 투입되는 나무재료의 연료를 내화벽돌로 이루어진 연소실(200)에서 연소시킬 때의 열원으로 난방수 및 온수를 데워 공급하는 화목보일러를 구성함에 있어서,난방수탱크(300)의 한 면에는 내부의 연도(400)와 통하는 연도소제구(420)를 일정 깊이로 설치하고,연도소제구(420) 입구에는 연도(400)의 열기가 연도소제구(420)로 유입됨을 차단하는 열차단판(431)이 안쪽면에 일정 거리를 두고 매달린 소제구뚜껑(430)을 설치하여 소제구뚜껑(430)과 열차단판(431)이 함께 탈착되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 화목보일러.
