- 제 10 항에 기재된 광산란층 형성용 전사필름의 감광성 수지층을 피착체와 맞춰 가열, 가압조건하에서 부착한 후, 지지체를 제거하고, 피착체 표면에 감광성 수지층과 산소차단층을 전사하고, 계속하여 노광하는 공정, 산소차단층을 제거하는 공정을 거쳐 피착체 표면에 광산란층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광산란층의 형성방법.
- 제 10 항에 기재된 광산란층 형성용 전사필름의 감광성 수지층을 피착체에 맞춰 가열, 가압조건하에서 부착한 후, 지지체를 제거하고, 피착체 표면에 감광성 수지층과 산소차단층을 전사하고, 계속하여 소정의 패턴을 갖는 마스크를 통해 패턴노광하는 공정, 산소차단층 및 미노광부분의 감광성 수지층을 제거하는 현상공정을 거쳐 피착체 표면에 패턴화된 광산란층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광산란층의 형성방법.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 미리 80 ~ 150℃ 로 가열한 피착체에 상기 광감성 수지층과 산소차단층을 전사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광산란층의 형성방법.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 기재된 광산란층의 형성방법에 의해 형성된 광산란층의 전체광선투과율이 90% 이상, 표면형상이 십점 평균거칠기로 1.0㎛ 이하, 헤이즈도가 20 ~ 60% 인 것을 특징으로 하는 광산란막.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 기재된 광산란층의 형성방법에 의해 형성된 광산란층 위에 금속박막을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광산란 반사판.
