Claims (7)
- 스파크를 발생시키는 점화장치, 연료를 공급하는 펌프, 모터로 가동되는 송풍팬이 구비된 열풍기의 점화제어장치로서,상기 송풍팬과 점화장치 사이에 송풍팬의 정상 가동 여부를 감시하여 펌프의 연료 공급을 제어하는 송풍팬 감시수단을 설치하되,상기 송풍팬 감시수단은 출몰되는 접점이 설치된 마이크로 스위치와, 상기 마이크로 스위치 일측에 일단이 고정되고 타단은 송풍팬과 점화장치 사이에 송풍팬의 송풍량에 의해 탄성적으로 유동되는 자유단으로 된 유동판을 포함하며,상기 유동판이 송풍팬의 송풍량에 따라 유동되어 상기 마이크로 스위치의 접점을 온/오프시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기 점화제어장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유동판의 자유단은 열풍기의 케이스에 형성된 통공을 관통하여 케이스 내측으로 연장되게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기 점화제어장치.
- 스파크를 발생시키는 점화장치, 연료를 공급하는 펌프, 모터로 가동되는 송풍팬을 제어하는 마이컴 제어부가 구비된 열풍기 점화장치의 제어방법으로서,상기 마이컴 제어부에 입력된 운전신호에 의해 모터에 설치된 송풍팬을 가동시키는 단계,상기 송풍팬 가동으로 발생된 송풍량에 의해유동되는 유동판이 마이크로 스위치의 접점을 온/오프시켜 펌프의 연료 공급을 제어하는 송풍팬 감시 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기 점화장치의 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 송풍팬 감시 단계는 송풍팬이 정상 가동할 때에는 유동판이 상기 마이크로 스위치 접점을 온 상태로 전환시키고, 상기 송풍팬이 정상 가동되지 않으면 상기 유동판이 마이크로 스위치 접점을 오프 상태로 전환시키는 것에 의해 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기 점화장치의 제어방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 마이크로 스위치가 온 상태이면 펌프의 구동으로 연료가 공급되고, 상기 마이크로 스위치가 오프 상태이면 펌프 차단으로 연료가 공급되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기 점화장치의 제어방법.
