Claims (11)
- 폐철가루(Iron Dust)를 첨가한 유기성 폐기물의 침출수를 기질로 이용하여 고온에서 기질 유입농도를 15~25 g 탄수화물 화학적 산소요구량/L (g carbohydrate COD/L)로 유지하면서 운전하여 혐기성 발효시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐철가루를 이용한 바이오수소의 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기성 폐기물 침출수의 전처리 공정을 거치지 않고 기질로 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐철가루를 이용한 바이오수소의 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폐철가루를 0.1~1 g 폐철가루/g 휘발성 부유물(g VSS)의 농도를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐철가루를 이용한 바이오수소의 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혐기성 발효는 고온 혐기성 연속회분식 반응조(ASBR)를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐철가루를 이용한 바이오수소의 생산방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 고온 혐기성 연속 회분식 반응조가 유기성 폐기물의 침출수와 폐철가루를 혼합하기 위한 유입수 저장조, 고온 수소발효를 위한 수소 발효조, 온도를 유지하기 위한 워터 재킷, 물순환을 위한 워터 써큘레이터, 생성된 가스의 측정을 위한 수위 변위식 기체 발생량 측정기 및 유출수를 저장하기 위한 유출수 저장조를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐철가루를 이용한 바이오수소의 생 산방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 유입수 저장조가 교반장치, 폐철가루 유입구 및 고온 수소발효를 위한 유입수 라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐철가루를 이용한 바이오수소의 생산방법.
- 제 1항 및 제 4항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고온이 50 ~ 60℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐철가루를 이용한 바이오수소의 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혐기성 발효의 운전 pH가 5.4 ~6.2인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐철가루를 이용한 바이오수소의 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혐기성 발효의 수리학적 체류시간이 2 ~ 4 일인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐철가루를 이용한 바이오수소의 생산방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기성 폐기물이 음식물 쓰레기, 하수슬러지 및 축산 폐수로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폐철가루를 이용한 바이오수소의 생산방법.
