Claims (2)
- 유량조절밸브에 있어서,유량조절밸브는 유체가 유입되도록 형성한 유입구로 유입되는 유입공간을 구비한 밸브몸체를 형성하고, 밸브몸체의 일측으로 제어체결부를 형성하며, 밸브몸체의 타측으로 공급체결부를 형성한 밸브몸체부와,상기 밸브몸체의 제어체결부에 작동결합부로 작동구를 결합 형성하고, 작동구에 피스톤로드로 결합된 제어피스톤을 형성하여 작동구의 작동으로 제어피스톤이 연동되면서 유체를 공급되도록 형성하고, 제어피스톤의 피스톤로드 측으로 탄성에 의해 밀폐력을 유지하도록 탄성체를 형성하며, 제어피스톤의 타측으로 피스톤밀폐면을 형성한 제어부와,상기 밸브몸체부의 공급체결부에 공급결합부로 결합되는 공급몸체를 형성하고, 공급몸체의 내측으로 제어부의 피스톤밀폐면이 안착되는 안치경사면을 형성하며, 안치경사면에 하나 또는 복수의 차단홈을 형성하여 안치된 제어피스톤의 접촉공극을 최소화하여 차단하도록 형성한 공급부를 포함하여 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조절밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 공급부의 차단홈에 대응되는 위치인 제어피스톤의 피스톤밀폐면으로 차단돌기를 형성하여 탄성체의 탄성력으로 제어피스톤의 탄성밀폐 시에 차단돌기가 차단홈에 삽입되어 밀폐되도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유량조절밸브.
