- 삭제
- 흡입실 및 토출실로 구성된 하우징과, 복수 개의 실린더 보어를 가지고 있으며 상기 하우징과 결합하는 실린더 블럭과, 상기 실린더 보어에 왕복이동이 가능하게 수용되는 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤을 구동하는 피스톤 구동수단과, 상기 피스톤의 바닥에 대향하여 설치되며 상기 흡입실과 토출실에 연통하는 흡입구와 토출구가 형성된 밸브장치를 구비하는 왕복동식 압축기의 하우징에 있어서,상기 토출실의 냉매 유출공에는 체크밸브가 장착되어 있되,상기 체크밸브는, 냉매가 지나가는 관통공이 형성되어 있으며 상기 냉매 유출공에 결합되는 밸브 몸체와, 상기 밸브 몸체의 토출방향 앞쪽에 배치되어 상기 관통공을 개폐하는 판 스프링으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 관통공은 밸브몸체의 둘레방향을 따라 2개 이상 형성되어 있고, 상기 판 스프링에는 상기 이웃하는 관통공들 사이의 위치에 변형 유도공이 관통되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 판 스프링에서, 토출방향 앞쪽에는 스프링 지지편이 설치되어 있으며, 상기 스프링 지지편, 판 스프링 및 밸브몸체는 체결수단에 의해 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 스프링 지지편은 토출방향 앞쪽을 향해 매끄러운 곡형(曲形)으로 굽혀진 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 스프링 지지편은 상기 판 스프링의 변형 유도공에 대응하는 부분을 제외하고 절개되어 있는 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 냉매 유출공의 내면에는 상기 밸브몸체를 지지하는 계단부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 피스톤 구동수단은 사판식인 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기.
