Claims (8)
- 외측과 연결된 상부 도체 및 하부 도체를 구비한 세라믹 절연 케이스;상기 절연 케이스의 외부면에 성형되는 유약층;상기 유약층의 외부면에 하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 실란 결합제를 도포하여 형성되는 실란 결합제층; 및상기 실란 결합제층의 외부면에 성형되는 에폭시 수지 절연층을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 실란 결합제층은 상기 유약층 및 상기 에폭시 수지 절연층과 화학적으로 결합된 진공 인터럽터.[화학식 1](상기 화학식 1에서, R은 반응기가 존재하는 탄소수 1~15의 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소이고, n은 1~10의 정수이며, X는 탄소수 1~15의 지방족 또는 방향족 알콕시기이다.)
- 외측과 연결된 상부 도체 및 하부 도체를 구비한 세라믹 절연 케이스;상기 절연 케이스의 외부면에 성형되는 유약층;상기 유약층의 외부면을 샌드 블라스터로 처리하여 형성되는 돌기층;상기 돌기층의 외부면에 하기 화학식 1로 표현되는 실란 결합제를 도포하여 형성되는 실란 결합제층; 및상기 실란 결합제층의 외부면에 성형되는 에폭시 수지 절연층을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 실란 결합제층은 상기 유약층 및 상기 에폭시 수지 절연층과 화학적으로 결합된 진공 인터럽터.[화학식 1](상기 화학식 1에서, R은 반응기가 존재하는 탄소수 1~15의 지방족 또는 방향족 탄화수소이고, n은 1~10의 정수이며, X는 탄소수 1~15의 지방족 또는 방향족 알콕시기이다.)
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실란 결합제가 상기 세라믹 절연 케이스의 상기 상부 도체 및 하부 도체의 외부면에 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 인터럽터.
- 삭제
- 외측과 연결된 상부 도체 및 하부 도체를 구비한 세라믹 절연 케이스;상기 절연 케이스의 외부면에 성형되는 유약층;상기 유약층의 외부면에 실란 결합제를 도포하여 형성되는 실란 결합제층; 및상기 실란 결합제층의 외부면에 성형되고, 치수안정제로서 실리카를 포함하는 에폭시 수지 절연층을 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 실란 결합제층은 상기 유약층 및 상기 에폭시 수지 절연층과 화학적으로 결합된 진공 인터럽터.
- 진공 인터럽터의 제조방법에 있어서, 세라믹 절연 케이스를 준비하는 단계;상기 세라믹 절연 케이스의 외부면에 유약 처리를 하여 유약층을 형성하는 단계;상기 유약층의 외부면에 실란 결합제를 도포하여 실란 결합제층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 실란 결합제층의 외부면에 에폭시 수지 절연층을 성형하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 인터럽터의 제조방법.
- 진공 인터럽터의 제조방법에 있어서, 세라믹 절연 케이스를 준비하는 단계;상기 세라믹 절연 케이스의 외부면에 유약 처리를 하여 유약층을 형성하는 단계;상기 유약층의 외부면을 샌드 블라스터로 처리하여 돌기층을 형성하는 단계;상기 돌기층의 외부면에 실란 결합제를 도포하여 실란 결합제층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 실란 결합제층의 외부면에 에폭시 수지 절연층을 성형하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 인터럽터의 제조방법.
