Claims (8)
- 회전성형 (rotomolding) 및 슬러시 성형 (slush molding) 으로부터 선택된 프로세스에서의, 본질적으로 하기로 이루어진 폴리올레핀 조성물 중의 치밀화 보조제 성분으로서의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 사용 방법:(a) 폴리올레핀 조성물 총 중량에 대하여, 99 중량% 내지 99.999 중량% 의,(i) 폴리올레핀 또는(ii) 50 중량% 내지 99 중량% 의 제 1 폴리올레핀 및 1 중량% 내지 50 중량% 의 상이한 중합체를 함유하는 폴리올레핀 조성물,(b) 폴리올레핀 조성물 총 중량에 대하여, 0.001 중량% 내지 1 중량% 의, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 함유하는 치밀화 보조제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 치밀화 보조제가 불소중합체, 폴리에테르-블록 코-폴리아미드, 열가소성 폴리우레탄 및 폴리에테르에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 소수 성분과 주성분으로서의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 혼합물인, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 사용 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체인, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 사용 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 메탈로센 촉매계를 사용하여 제조된 에틸렌의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체인, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 사용 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 치밀화 보조제를 첨가하지 않고 동일한 가공 조건 하에서 동일한 폴리올레핀에 대해 수행된 동일한 공정에 관해, mm2 당 동일한 기포의 수를 얻기 위해 최대 내부 공기 온도를 10℃ 이상 감소시키는, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 사용 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 치밀화 보조제를 첨가하지 않고 동일한 가공 조건 하에서 동일한 폴리올레핀에 대해 수행된 동일한 공정에 관해 주기 시간을 10% 이상 감소시키기 위한, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 사용 방법.
- 회전성형 및 슬러시 성형 적용으로부터 선택된 적용에서 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 바와 같이 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 사용하여 제조된 물품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 본질적으로 하기로 이루어진 폴리올레핀 조성물 중의 치밀화 보조제 성분으로서의 폴리에틸렌 글리콜의 사용 방법:(a) 폴리올레핀 조성물 총 중량에 대해, 99 중량% 내지 99.999 중량% 의,(i) 폴리올레핀 또는(ii) 50 중량% 내지 99 중량% 의 제 1 폴리올레핀 및 1 중량% 내지 50 중량% 의 상이한 중합체를 함유하는 폴리올레핀 조성물,(b) 폴리올레핀 조성물 총 중량에 대해, 0.001 중량% 내지 1 중량% 의, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜을 함유하는 치밀화 보조제;(c) 폴리올레핀 조성물 총 중량에 대해, 0.025 중량% 내지 0.500 중량% 의 하나 이상의 UV-안정화제.
