Claims (5)
- 복수의 고정자와;상기 각 고정자에 대해 접촉 및 이격되는 복수의 가동자와;상기 고정자에 대해 상기 가동자를 개폐하는 핸들과, 상기 핸들의 투입(on) 시 상기 핸들이 투입 상태를 유지하게 하며 일 측은 전원의 각 상별로 분기된 분기단부가 형성되어 있는 트립바를 구비한 개폐기구부와;전원의 각 상 별 가동자에 연결되고 과전류시 만곡 변형되어 상기 트립바의 분기단부를 가압하여 트립(trip)시키는 복수의 바이메탈과;각 상 별 바이메탈을 사이에 두고 각 상 별 분기단부의 대향 측에 배치되며 일 측은 각 상 별 상기 바이메탈에 연결되고 타 측은 해당 상 별 부하측 연결부에 연결되는 복수의 순시코일과, 상기 각 순시코일의 내부에 배치되고 상기 순시코일에 단락 전류 통전 시 상기 바이메탈에 비해 빠른 속도로 상기 트립바의 분기단부를 타격하여 트립시키는 샤프트를 구비한 단락전류차단부;를포함하는 배선용 차단기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단락전류차단부는, 상기 순시코일의 내측에 배치되는 보빈과, 상기 보빈의 내측에 서로 이격 배치되는 고정코어 및 가동코어와, 상기 보빈의 둘레에 자로를 형성하는 요크와, 상기 고정코어 및 상기 가동코어가 서로 이격되게 탄성력을 가하는 복귀스프링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배선용 차단기.
- 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 샤프트는 일단이 상기 가동코어에 연결되고 타 단은 상기 트립바의 분기단부에 이격되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배선용 차단기.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 바이메탈에는 상기 샤프트의 접촉을 방지할 수 있도록 절취된 도피부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배선용 차단기.
