Abstract
Description
통상의 식품첨가물로서 식용으로 사용하는 정제된 염화나트륨(NaCl)은 염화나트륨의 순도가 99%이상으로서 바닷물을 여과하여 이온 교환 막을 통과시켜 농축하여 증발시켜 결정화한 것으로서, 과다하게 섭취 할 때는 고혈압증의 원인이 되는 문제점이 있었다.
또한 종래의 기술로서 저나트륨 소금이 많이 출시되고 있는 상황이고, 특히 기능성 소금이 많이 출원되어 등록되고 있으며, 선행 등록특허 10-0383389는 미네랄-글루콘산염을 함유하는 기능성 소금의 제조방법으로 등록받았고, 선행 등록특허 10-0493207은 칼슘염 및 그 제조방법에 관하여 등록받은바 있다.
따라서 본 발명은 저나트륨 염화화합물에 대한 제조방법에 관한 것으로 특히 콜로이달 은, 염화마그네슘, 염화칼륨, 염화칼슘, 염화나트륨, 아스코르빈산, 천연유기유황, 글리신을 이용하여 저나트륨 염화화합물을 제조하는 방법을 제공하는 데 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 일실시 예로는 70중량%의 콜로이달 은과, 3중량%의 염화마그네슘과, 10중량%의 염화칼륨과, 1중량%의 염화칼슘과, 14중량%의 염화나트륨과, 0.5중량의 아스코르빈산과, 0.5중량%의 천연 유기유황과, 1중량%의 글리신을 순서대로 첨가하여 섭씨 50-100℃의 온도로 5시간정도 교반하여 용해시켜 마그네슘이온, 칼륨이온, 칼슘이온, 나트륨이온과 해리된 염화이온에 은이온을 이온 결합하여 섭씨 115℃의 온도에서 18시간 가열하면서 수분을 증발시키고 탈수하여 재결정화하여 저나트륨 염화화합물을 제조하는 방법인 것을 특징으로 한다.
(2) (1)의 과정에서 용해된 마그네슘이온(Mg2+), 칼륨이온(K+), 칼슘이온(Ca2+), 나트륨이온(Na+)과 해리된 염화이온(Cl-)에 은이온(Ag+)을 이온 결합하여 섭씨 115℃의 온도에서 18시간 가열하면서 수분을 증발시키고 탈수하여 재결정화하는 단계
(3) 위 (1)(2)의 제조 과정에 의하여 본 발명의 저나트륨 염화화합물을 제조하였다.
Claims (4)
- 70중량%의 콜로이달 은에 3중량%의 염화마그네슘과, 10중량%의 염화칼륨과, 1중량%의 염화칼슘과, 14중량%의 염화나트륨과, 0.5중량의 아스코르빈산과, 0.5중량%의 천연 유기유황과, 1중량%의 글리신을 순서대로 첨가하여 섭씨 50-100℃의 온도로 5시간정도 교반하여 용해시켜 마그네슘이온, 칼륨이온, 칼슘이온, 나트륨이온과 해리된 염화이온에 은이온을 이온 결합하여 섭씨 115℃의 온도에서 18시간 가열하면서 수분을 증발시키고 탈수하여 재결정화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저나트륨 염화화합물의 제조방법.
