Claims (5)
- 다수의 게이트선과 다수의 데이터선이 서로 교차하여 형성된 다수개의 화소 영역이 매트릭스 형상으로 배열되어 있는 하부 기판,상기 하부 기판과 마주하는 절연 기판,상기 절연 기판 위에 형성되어 있고, 상기 화소 영역 각각에 중첩하는 다수개의 적, 녹, 청의 색 필터,상기 절연 기판 위에 형성되어 있고, 상기 다수의 게이트선과 상기 다수의 데이터선에 중첩하여 이웃하는 상기 화소 영역 사이를 구분하며, 적, 녹, 청의 색 수지가 적층되어 있는 광차단 영역,상기 적, 녹, 청의 색 필터와 상기 광차단 영역을 덮는 오버 코트막,상기 오버 코트막 위에 형성되는 공통 전극을 포함하고,상기 광차단 영역의 적, 녹, 청의 색 수지와 상기 적, 녹, 청의 색 필터는 각각 일체로 형성되어 있으며,상기 데이터선과 중첩하는 광차단 영역 중 어느 한 색의 수지는 상기 데이터선을 따라 길게 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 광차단 영역의 적, 녹, 청의 색 수지와 상기 적, 녹, 청의 색 필터는 각각 일체로 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제1항에서,상기 절연 기판의 가장자리부를 덮는 흑색 물질층 또는 상기 적, 녹, 청의 색 수지를 적층한 수지층을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 다수의 게이트선과 다수의 데이터선이 서로 교차하여 형성된 다수개의 화소 영역이 매트릭스 형상으로 배열되어 있는 하부 기판을 제조하는 단계,상기 하부 기판과 마주하는 절연 기판 위에 상기 다수의 게이트선과 다수의 데이터선에 중첩하는 광차단 영역 및 상기 광차단 영역에 연결되어 있으며 상기 화소 영역에 대응하는 색 필터 영역을 가지는 적, 녹, 청의 색 수지 패턴을 각각 형성하는 단계,상기 적, 청, 녹의 색 수지 패턴을 덮는 오버 코트막을 형성하는 단계,상기 오버 코트막 위에 공통 전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 광차단 영역은 상기 적, 녹, 청의 색 수지 패턴이 모두 중첩되어 있는 부분이며 상기 적, 녹, 청의 색 수지 패턴 중 어느 한 색의 수지 패턴은 상기 데이터선을 따라 길게 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에서,상기 색 수지 패턴을 형성하는 과정에서 사용되는 마스크는, 상기 하부 기판의 다수개의 화소 영역 중 제3N-1열 및 제3N-2열 위치하는 화소 영역과 마주하는 부분에 투명 패턴이 위치하고, 제3N열에 위치하는 화소 영역과 마주하는 부분에 불투명 패턴이 위치하는 액정 표시 장치의 제조 방법.
