Claims (9)
- 편평하게 설계된 실리콘 기반의 매크로 다공질(macroporous) 지지부 재료(10)를 포함하는 디바이스로서,상기 지지부 재료는 500㎚ 내지 100㎛ 범위의 직경을 갖고 적어도 한 표면 영역 상에 분포되며 상기 지지부 재료의 한 표면(10A)에서 맞은 편 표면(10B)까지 연장하는 복수의 포어(pores)(11)를 구비하고,상기 디바이스는 SiO2 포어 벽을 갖는 2 이상의 포어를 포함하는 2 이상의 영역(11A)을 포함하되,상기 영역은 상기 포어의 종축에 평행하게 배열된 실리콘 코어(core)(12A)를 갖는 프레임 또는 상자(12) 벽에 의해 둘러싸이고 상기 표면(10A, 10B)을 향해 개방되며,상기 실리콘 코어는 프레임을 형성하는 벽의 외측을 향해 교차부의 전체에 걸쳐서 실리콘 이산화물로 융합되고(merges),상기 실리콘 코어(12A)를 갖는 모든 벽의 전체 프레임들 중 각 개별적인 프레임(12)은 주변 프레임들로부터 공간적으로 완전히 분리되는디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지부 재료(10)는 100 내지 1000㎛ 사이의 두께를 갖는디바이스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 포어 밀도는 104 내지 108/㎠의 범위에 있는디바이스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,SiO2 벽을 갖는 상기 포어(11)는 정사각형으로 설계되고 실리콘 코어(12A)를 갖는 벽의 각 프레임들은 정사각형 또는 직사각형인디바이스.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,DNA, 단백질 및 리간드(ligand)로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 포착 분자(capture molecule)는 상기 프레임(12) 내에 위치한 적어도 하나의 상기 포 어(11)와 공유적으로 결합하는디바이스.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 포착 분자는 올리고누클레오타이드 프로브(oligonucleotide probes)인디바이스.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 디바이스는 효소 반응, 핵산 교배(nucleic acid hybridization), 단백질-단백질 상호작용 및 단백질-리간드 상호작용을 포함하는 생화학적 반응 및/또는 결합을 검출하는 방법에 있어서 샘플 지지부에서 기반으로서 사용되는디바이스.
- 화학적 또는 생화학적 반응 또는 합성을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 디바이스를 준비하는 단계와,합성 재료를 지지부 재료의 적어도 하나의 포어 내에 주입하는 단계와,상기 포어 내로 광을 조사해 적어도 상기 합성 재료를 광학적으로 여기시키 기는 단계를 포함하는방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 지지부 재료(10)는 250 내지 450㎛ 사이의 두께를 갖는디바이스.
