Claims (6)
- 프레넬 렌즈의 렌즈면과 비렌즈면에 각각 대응한 벽면을 가지는 프레넬 성형 홈을 금형 원반에 가공하는 프레넬 렌즈용 금형 가공 방법으로서,칼날 끝에서 연속되는 한 쪽 모서리는 절삭날로서 구성되고, 상기 칼날 끝에는 상기 한 쪽 모서리와 다른 쪽 모서리를 연결하는 노치부를 형성한 공구를 사용하고,상기 공구와 상기 금형 원반 사이에 상기 금형의 중심선을 중심으로 하는 상대적인 회전 운동을 인가하여, 상기 노치부에 의하여 상기 프레넬 성형 홈의 상기 비렌즈면에 대응한 벽면이 상기 벽면의 상단에서부터 점차로 절삭되도록 상기 절삭날을 선두로 하여 상기 공구를 상기 금형 원반으로 이송하고,상기 노치부를 이용하여 상기 비렌즈면에 대응한 벽면에 요철형의 절삭 흔적을 형성하여, 상기 비렌즈면을 불투명 유리형의 매트면(mat face)으로 구성하는프레넬 렌즈용 금형 가공 방법.

- 칼날 끝에서 연속되는 한쪽 모서리는 절살날로서 구성되고, 상기 칼날 끝에는 상기 한쪽 모서리와 다른쪽 모서리를 연결하는 노치부를 형성한 공구를 사용한 프레넬 렌즈로서,금형에 의하여 형성되는 프레넬 렌즈금형 가공 시에 생기는 절삭 흔적에 따른 요철부가 비렌즈면에 존재하고,상기 비렌즈면의 상기 요철부는 상기 노치부를 이용한 절삭 흔적이며,상기 비렌즈면이 불투명 유리형의 매트면으로 구성되는, 프레넬 렌즈.
