Claims (4)
- 상부 중앙에 공기분출구가 형성된 공기공급부와;상부면에 일정한 간격으로 연료가스를 분사하는 가스분사노즐이 형성되고, 중앙에 공기통로가 형성되고, 상기 공기공급부의 공기분출구로부터 분출되는 공기가 연료가스와 혼합되지 않은 상태로 상기 공기통로를 통하여 상측으로 분출되도록 상기 공기공급부의 상측에 결합되는 가스공급부와;상기 가스공급부의 상부에 결합되어 상기 가스공급부의 가스분사노즐로부터 분사되는 연료가스와 상기 공기통로로부터 분출되는 공기를 혼합시키는 혼합관과;테두리에 하향으로 경사지도록 형성된 경사부와, 상기 경사부에 상기 혼합관에 의해 연료가스와 공기가 혼합된 혼합가스가 분사되도록 형성된 복수의 분사공과, 중앙에 형성된 관통공과, 상기 관통공에 하향으로 연장되어 형성되고 하부면에 복수의 유입공이 형성되어 일부 혼합가스가 유입되는 돌출부가 형성된 분사캡과;상기 분사캡의 상측에 일정거리 이격된 상태로 위치하고 상기 분사캡의 유입공으로 유입되어 상기 관통공으로 분사되는 일부 혼합가스를 측방향으로 확산시키는 확산판과;적어도 상기 분사캡의 경사부 일부를 수용하도록 형성되어 상기 경사부에 형성된 복수의 분사공으로부터 분사되는 혼합가스의 방향을 내측으로 유도하는 유도링;을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고화력 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가스공급부의 공기통로에는 상부면이 볼록하게 형성되고 외주면에 복수의 공기분사공이 형성된 공기확산캡이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고화력 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합관의 내경은 하측에서 상측으로 갈수록 점점 작아지도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고화력 버너.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유도링의 내경은 하측에서 상측으로 갈수록 점점 작아지도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고화력 버너.
