Claims (24)
- 베이스 수지가(A) 제 1 폴리에틸렌 분획, 및(B) 제 2 폴리에틸렌 분획을 포함하며,여기에서, 제 1 분획의 용융흐름속도 (melt flow rate) MFR5 /190℃는 제 2 분획의 용융흐름속도 MFR5 /190℃보다 높고, 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 흐름속도비 FRR21 /5 (용융흐름속도 MFR21 .6/190℃ 대 용융흐름속도 MFR5 /190℃의 비로 정의됨)는 15 - 28의 범위내이며, 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 용융흐름속도 MFR5 /190℃는 0.5 - 1.1 g/10 min의 범위내인 베이스 수지를 가진 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 베이스 수지가(A) 제 1 폴리에틸렌 분획, 및(B) 제 2 폴리에틸렌 분획을 포함하며,여기에서, 제 1 분획의 용융흐름속도 MFR5 /190℃는 제 2 분획의 용융흐름속도 MFR5/190℃보다 높고, 폴리에틸렌 조성물은 55 cm 이하의 나선형 유동장 (螺旋形 流動長, spiral flow length) 및 1.1 % 이하의 횡단 중앙 수축 (transverse middle shrinkage)을 갖는 베이스 수지를 가진 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 흐름속도비 FRR21 /5는 15 - 28 범위내인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 용융흐름속도 MFR5/190℃는 0.5 - 1.1 g/10 min의 범위 내인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 흐름속도비 FRR21/5는 20 - 26의 범위 내인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 용융흐름속도 MFR5/190℃는 0.65 - 0.85 g/10 min의 범위 내인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 조성물은 전단응력 2.7 kPa에서의 점도 대 전단응력 210 kPa의 점도의 비율로 정의되는 전단담화지수 (shear thinning index, SHI)를 10 - 60의 범위내에서 가지는 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 전단담화지수는 15 - 40의 범위내인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 전단응력 747 Pa에서 점도 에타(eta)가 300 kPa*s 이하인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 제 2 폴리에틸렌 분획 (B)는 에틸렌 및 적어도 하나의 코모노머의 공중합체인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 코모노머는 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 4-메틸-l-펜텐 및 1-옥텐으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 코모노머는 1-헥센 및/또는 1-옥텐인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 조성물중 코모노머의 양은 0.4 - 3.5 mole-%인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 1-헥센은 코모노머로서 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 0.4 - 0.9 mole-%의 양으로 존재하는 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 제 1 폴리에틸렌 분획 (A)는 에틸렌 동질중합체(homopolymer)인 폴리에틸렌 조성물.
- i) 에틸렌 단량체 및 임의로 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀 코모노머를, 지글러-나타 촉매의 존재하에서 중합체화하여 제 1 에틸렌 동질- 또는 공중합체 분획 (A)를 수득하고,ii) 에틸렌 단량체 및 임의로 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀 코모노머를, 지글러-나타 촉매의 존재하에서 중합체화하여, 분획 (A) 보다 더 높은 평균 분자량을 갖는 제 2 에틸렌 동질- 또는 공중합체 분획 (B)를 수득하는 단계를 포함하며,여기에서, 제 2 중합체화 단계를 제 1 단계의 중합체화 생성물의 존재하에서 수행하는, 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 폴리에틸렌 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 분획 (A)를 얻기 위한 중합체화는 루프 반응기에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 분획 (B)를 얻기 위한 중합체화는 기체상 반응기에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 제 1 중합체화 단계에 프레중합체화 단계가 선행되는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 폴리에틸렌 조성물을 포함하는 사출성형 제품.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 제품은 피팅(fitting)인 사출성형 제품.
