- 전극을 포함하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널과,상기 전극에 구동 신호를 공급하는 구동부를 포함하고,상기 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널은서로 나란한 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극이 형성되는 전면 기판;상기 제 1 전극 및 상기 제 2 전극과 교차하는 제 3 전극이 형성되고, 상기 전면 기판과 대향되게 배치되는 후면 기판; 및상기 전면 기판과 상기 후면 기판의 사이에서 방전 셀을 구획하는 격벽;을 포함하고,배기 후 방전 가스가 충전된 챔버(Chamber) 내에서 상기 전면 기판과 상기 후면 기판을 합착하는 방법에 의해 배기 유닛이 생략되고,상기 구동부는 제 1 서브필드의 초기화를 위한 리셋 기간에서 상기 제 1 전극으로 제 1 개수의 리셋 신호를 공급하고, 상기 제 1 서브필드와 다른 제 2 서브필드의 리셋 기간에서는 상기 제 1 개수와 다른 제 2 개수의 리셋 신호를 상기 제 1 전극으로 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 장치.
