Description
Claims (9)
- 전해액을 사용하는 배터리 케이스 커버에 있어서,상기 배터리 케이스의 셀 분리대에 대응되도록 저면에 상기 케이스 커버와 일체로 형성된 셀 분리부와;상기 케이스 커버의 저면 일측면에서 다른 측면까지 상기 셀 분리부를 관통하여 상기 케이스 커버 및 상기 셀 분리부와 일체로 형성되는 파이프형의 환수부와;상기 셀 분리부에 의해 형성된 셀 중 적어도 하나 이상의 셀이 상기 환수부와 일체로 형성되어, 상기 배터리 내부에서 생성된 가스가 유입되는 가스 유입부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스 커버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 환수부에 상기 배터리 케이스 커버와 일체로 형성된 상기 셀 분리부 및 상기 셀 분리대와의 체결을 용이하게 하기 위한 가이드가 형성되는 면과 동일한 면에 환수구가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스 커버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 환수부의 양 끝단에는 방폭 필터부가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스 커버.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 방폭 필터부는 상기 환수부의 양 끝단에 체결되는 필터집과;상기 필터집의 내부에 배치되는 방폭 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스 커버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 커버 상면에는 손잡이를 수납할 수 있는 손잡이 수납부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스 커버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가스 유입부는 하부가 아래로 향하도록 하여 T형으로 상기 환수부에 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스 커버.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 가스 유입부는 내부가 가스 유입부의 내벽과 가스유입부에 형성된 환수구로 둘러싸인 계단 형상으로 되는 구조로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스 커버.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 가스 유입부의 저면은 폐쇄되어 있으며 측면 하부에 홀이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스 커버.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 가스 유입부의 저면은 생산시 개방된 구조고, 생산 후 일정 압력에 의하여 폐쇄되는 벤트 캡 방식으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 케이스 커버.
