Claims (9)
- 미세 분획(fine fraction) 및 조제 분획(coarse fraction)을 갖는 금속 산화물 분말을 함유하는 수성 분산액으로서,- 상기 금속 산화물 분말은 이산화규소, 산화알루미늄, 이산화티타늄, 이산화지르코늄, 산화세륨, 또는 상기 언급한 금속 산화물 중 2 이상의 혼합 산화물이고,- 상기 미세 분획은 발열성 제조된(pyrogenically produced) 금속 산화물 분말이고, 응집된 형태로 존재하며, 분산액 내에서 100 nm 미만의 평균 응집체 직경 및 10 내지 500 m2/g의 BET 표면을 갖고,- 상기 조제 분획은 1 내지 20 ㎛의 평균 직경을 갖는 입자로 이루어지고,- 미세 분획 대 조제 분획의 비율은 2:98 내지 30:70이고,- 금속 산화물 분말의 함량은 분산액 총량에 대해 50 내지 85 중량%임을 특징으로 하는, 수성 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이분산액(bimodal)임을 특징으로 하는 수성 분산액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 조제 분획의 BET 표면이 0.1 내지 10 m2/g임을 특징으로 하는 수성 분산액.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조제 분획이 95% 이상의 α-산화알루미늄 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 분산액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분산액이 10 중량% 이하의 pH-조절 첨가제 및(또는) 계면활성 첨가제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 분산액.
- - 200 KJ/m3 이상의 에너지를 인입함으로써, pH-조절 및(또는) 계면활성 첨가제를 함유하는 물에 분말 미세 분획을 분산시켜, 미세 분획 분산액 중의 미세 분획의 함량이 30 내지 60 중량%인 미세 분획 분산액을 제조하는 단계;- 상기 미세 분획 분산액 제조 단계에서의 에너지 인입 보다 낮은 에너지 인입에서의 분산 조건하에, 미세 분획 및 조제 분획의 총 함량이 50 내지 85 중량%가 되는 양으로 분말 형태의 조제 분획을 상기 미세 분획 분산액에 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 분산액의 제조 방법.
- a) 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 수성 분산액을, pH 값을 변화시키면서 금형으로 전달하고,b) 성형품을 건조시키고,c) 분산액의 고체화 후에 성형품을 금형으로부터 제거함으로써(상기 단계 b) 및 c)의 수행은 서로 바꿀 수 있음),대략 최종 외형을 갖는 성형품의 생산 방법.
- 제8항에 따라 수득할 수 있는, 대략 최종 외형을 갖는 성형품.
