Claims (4)
- PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient: 정온도계수) 특성을 갖는 소자에 의해 편평한 형상으로 형성되고, 온도변화를 검지함으로써 통전을 온·오프 하는 온도검지 칩과,상기 각 온도검지 칩을 포위하고, 상기 각 온도검지 칩을 외압으로부터 보호하는 내압수단과,임의의 방향으로 연장하거나 또는 구부려서 배선 가능하게 플렉시블한 도체에 의해 형성되고, 상기 각 온도검지 칩을 직렬로 접속하는 온도검지 신호 케이블과,상기 온도검지 신호 케이블을 통하여, 상기 각 온도검지 칩에 당해 온도검지 칩이 자기 발열하지 않을 정도의 미약한 신호용의 전류를 공급하는 제어수단을 구비하고,상기 각 온도검지 칩을 면 형상 발열체의 임의의 위치에 점점이 흩어지게 배치하고, 상기 온도검지 칩을 상기 제어수단에 의해 상기 신호용의 전류로 통전함으로써, 상기 면 형상 발열체의 온도변화를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 복수의 온도검지 칩은 내압수단으로 보호되고, 온도검지 신호 케이블과 함께 절연성의 필름으로 라미네이션 되고, 전체가 리본 형상으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 온도검지 칩의 통전을 제어하는 제어수단을, 면 형상 발열체를 컨트롤하는 수단과는 독립하여 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도센서.
- 각종의 면 형상 발열체를 채용하는 난방 시스템에 있어서, 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 온도센서를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 난방 시스템.
