Claims (9)
- 아연(Zn)염과, 고분자 사슬 중에 해리기(解離基)가 존재하여 물에 녹아 해리되는 특성을 갖는 고분자전해질 수용액을 혼합하여 아연염-고분자 착체를 형성하는 1단계,상기 아연염-고분자 착체를 우레아, 과산화수소, 수산화나트륨, 수산화리튬, 수산화암모늄 및 수산화칼륨 중에서 선택된 침전제로 처리하여 아연이온화합물 씨드(SEED) 입자를 제조하는 2단계, 및상기 제조된 ZnO 씨드 입자(SEED)를 20 ~ 100 ℃에서 숙성하여 ZnO 나노졸을 제조하는 3단계를포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 산화아연 나노졸의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아연(Zn)염은 아연 금속의 질산염, 황산염, 탄산염 및 염화물 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자전해질은 폴리아크릴산, 폴리메타아크릴산 폴리스타이렌술폰산, 리그닌술폰산 및 이들의 염 중에서 선택된 해리기가 결합된 고분자 물질이거나, 또는 상기한 해리기가 결합된 고분자 물질과 해리기를 가지고 있지 않은 다른 수용성 고분자의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자전해질은 분자량이 1,000 ∼ 30,000 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자전해질은 아연염 1 중량에 대하여 0.1 ∼ 40 중량비 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 침전제는 아연염 1 당량에 대하여 0.001 ∼ 0.4 당량비로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 입자크기가 2 ∼ 300 ㎚ 범위인 산화아연 나노졸을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
