Claims (3)
- 엔진(100) 및 모터(200)와, 전후진 장치의 구성 요소인 1차 풀리(310) 및 상기 1차 풀리(310)에 설치되어 회전수를 측정하는 1차 풀리 스피드 센서(312)와, 발진 클러치(330)가 설치된 무단 변속기(300)와, 각종 부품의 제어를 위한 하이브리드 컨트롤 유닛(400)이 구비된 하이브리드 자동차에 있어서,상기 하이브리드 컨트롤 유닛(400)은 상기 발진 클러치(330)가 상기 무단 변속기(300)의 입력축(340)에 소착되는 경우 상기 엔진(100) 또는 상기 모터(200)의 토크가 최소가 되도록 제어함으로써 상기 하이브리드 자동차의 급출발을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 자동차의 급출발 방지 시스템.
- 제1항에 따른 하이브리드 자동차의 급출발 방지 시스템을 이용하는 하이브리드 자동차의 급출발 방지 방법에 있어서,상기 하이브리드 컨트롤 유닛(400)은 엔진 또는 모터의 시동 단계(S100); 상기 엔진 또는 모터의 시동 후 상기 1차 풀리의 회전수와 상기 엔진 또는 모터의 회전수가 일치하는지 판단하는 단계(S200); 상기 1차 풀리와 엔진 또는 모터의 회전수가 일치하면 상기 엔진 또는 모터의 토크를 최소가 되도록 제어하는 단계(S300)에 의해 상기 하이브리드 자동차를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 자동차의 급출발 방지 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 하이브리드 컨트롤 유닛(400)은 상기 1차 풀리와 엔진 또는 모터의 회전수가 일치하지 않으면 급출발 우려가 없는 것으로 판단하여 각종 부품을 정상 제어하는 단계(S400)에 의해 상기 하이브리드 자동차를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 자동차의 급출발 방지 방법.
