Claims (4)
- 유해파 차단 기능을 갖는 장판의 제조방법에 있어서,유해파 차단 기능물질로 탄소흑연과 운모를 이용하여 장판을 얻되,흑연을 탄화시킨 후 분쇄하여 정제 탄소분말을 얻고 이를 물유리에 혼합시켜 콜로이드상 도전성 탄소용액을 얻는 제1단계 공정;아크릴바인더 50~80중량부에 운모석을 20~50중량부의 비율로 혼합하고 이를부직포 소재에 함침시키거나 도포시키는 제2단계 공정;상기 제2단계 공정에서 얻은 운모함유 부직포 소재의 일측으로는 상기 제1단계 공정에서 얻은 도전성 탄소용액을 코팅시키고 타측으로는 공지의 장판재를 접착시키는 제3단계 공정을 포함하여 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유해파 차단기능을 갖는 장판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2단계 공정에서 이용되는 아크릴바인더는 BAM(Buthyl Acrylate Monomer) 20중량부, EAM(Ethyl Acrylate Monomer) 10중량부, AAC(Acrylic Acid) 아크릴산 3중량부, AN(Acrylo Nitile) 1중량부, N-mam(Normal Methylol Acryl Amide) 1중량부, H2O(물) 55중량부, Amonium Hydroxide 암모니아수 0.25중량부, Silicon 소포제 0.5중량부, Amonium persulfornate 0.25중량부, Sodium Bi Sulfide(중아류 산소다) 0.5중량부로 구성하며 반응로에서 합성하여 24시간 반응시켜 수용성 아크릴계바인더를 얻어서 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유해파 차단기능을 갖는 장판의 제조방법.
- 유해파 차단 기능을 갖는 장판에 있어서,유해파 차단 기능물질로 무기물 소재인 탄소와 운모를 이용하여 장판재를 얻되,흑연을 탄화시킨 후 분쇄하여 정제 탄소분말을 얻고 이를 물유리에 혼합시켜 콜로이드상 도전성 탄소용액을 얻고,아크릴바인더 50~80중량부에 운모분말을 20~50중량부의 비율로 혼합하고 이를 섬유부직포 소재에 함침시키거나 도포시켜 운모함유 부직포층을 얻으며,상기 운모함유 부직포층 일측으로 도전성 탄소용액을 코팅시키거나 인쇄시켜 탄소코팅층을 갖고, 타측으로는 공지의 장판재를 접착시켜 유해파 차단기능을 갖도록 제공되는 장판.
- 제3항에 있어서,유해파 차단기능을 갖는 장판을 구성하는 운모함유 부직포층이 운모함유 유리섬유층이나 운모함유 발포층으로 선택적으로 치환되어 제공됨으로 유해파 차단기능을 갖도록 제공되는 장판.
