Claims (11)
- 불포화 유기 실란이 결합된 폴리에틸렌 또는 불포화 유기 실란이 결합된 에틸렌 알파 올레핀 공중합체 중 어느 하나의 수지 20~70 중량% 및 불포화 유기 실란이 결합된 에틸렌 공중합체 30~80 중량%를 블렌드하여 이루어지는 기본 수지 100 중량부;브롬계 난연제 10~25 중량부;무기 난연제 10~50 중량부; 및가교 지연제로서, 일반식 XnSi(OR)4-n(X는 페닐기이고, R은 메틸기이며, n은 1~3의 정수이다)으로 표시되는 화합물 0.2~5 중량부;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 브롬계 난연제는 데카브로모디페닐에틸렌, 데카브로모디페닐옥사이드 및 에틸렌비스테트라브로모프탈이미드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 무기 난연제는 탄산칼슘, 수산화 마그네슘 및 수산화 알루미늄으로 이 루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌 공중합체는 에틸렌 아세트산 비닐 공중합체, 에틸렌 에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌 메틸 메사크릴레이트 공중합체 및 에틸렌 부틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌 아세트산 비닐 공중합체, 에틸렌 에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌 메틸 메사크릴레이트 공중합체 및 에틸렌 부틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체에서 아세트산 비닐, 에틸 아크릴레이트, 메틸 메사크릴레이트 및 부틸 아크릴레이트의 함량은 각각 9~33 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에틸렌은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌 알파 올레핀 공중합체는 부텐-1, 펜텐-1, 헥센-1, 헵텐-1, 옥텐-1, 4-메틸펜텐-1, 4-메틸헥센-1, 4,4-디메틸펜텐-1, 노넨-1, 데센-1, 언데센-1 및 도데센-1으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물은 삼산화안티몬을 기본수지 100 중량부에 대하여 5~15 중량부 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물은 활제를 기본수지 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5~5 중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물은 아민계 산화방지제, 디알킬에스테르계 산화방지제, 티오에스테르계 산화방지제, 페놀계 산화방지제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 산화방지제를 기본수지 100 중량부에 대하여 0.5~5 중량부 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 선택된 어느 한 항에 따르는 전선 피복용 절연재 제조용 조성물을 이용하여 제조된 절연재로 피복된 전선.
