Claims (8)
- 내용물이 주입되는 부재(11i), 혼합된 내용물이 빠져나가는 부재(11t), 및 이들 부재(11i, 11t) 사이에 위치하는 복수개의 부재(11n)로 구성되고, 상기 부재(11i, 11t)에는 4개의 구멍(12a, 12b, 12c, 12d)이 서로 교차하지 않도록 형성되고, 상기 부재(11n)에는 4개의 구멍이 서로 교차하여 하나의 부재(11n)에 3개의 교차지점이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 라인의 내부에 설치되는 인-라인 믹서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부재(11n)는 3∼8개로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 라인의 내부에 설치되는 인-라인 믹서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 구멍(12b, 12d)의 단면적은 나머지 다른 구멍(12a, 12c)의 단면적보다 더 크거나 또는 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 라인의 내부에 설치되는 인-라인 믹서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부재(11t, 11i, 11n)는 두랄루민, 알루미늄, 및 합성수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 라인의 내부에 설치되는 인-라인 믹서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부재(11n)에 형성된 구멍들(12a, 12b, 12c, 12d)은 하나의 평면상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 라인의 내부에 설치되는 인-라인 믹서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내용물은 반고체 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프 라인의 내부에 설치되는 인-라인 믹서.
- 상기 제1항 내지 제7항의 어느 하나의 인-라인 믹서(10)가 케이싱(2) 내부에 삽입되어 걸림턱(7)과 너트(8) 사이에서 고정되도록 조립되고, 케이싱(2)의 양 단부에는 한 쌍의 내부 플랜지(4, 4')가 형성되고, 그 내부 플랜지는 각각 단부 케이싱(3, 3')에 형성된 한 쌍의 외부 플랜지(5, 5')와 조립되고, 단부 케이싱(3, 3')의 바깥쪽에는 각각 단부 플랜지(6, 6')가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내용물 순환용 파이프 라인의 어느 한 위치에 설치되는 인-라인 믹서 유닛(1).
