Claims (4)
- 이격 배치된 한 쌍의 풀리 사이를 연결하는 연결케이블을 통해 작동력이 전달되는 차량용 로터리 케이블 구조로서,상기 한 쌍의 풀리 중 적어도 어느 하나의 폴리는,제1톱니기어(110)가 형성된 기어중공부가 내측에 형성되는 풀리유닛(100);상기 제1톱니기어(110)에 치합되는 제2톱니기어(210)가 외주면에 형성되고 상기 연결케이블(400)이 고정되는 케이블고정유닛(200); 및,상기 풀리유닛(100)이 수용되도록 장착되는 하우징(300)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 로터리 케이블 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 풀리유닛(100)은, 내측 중앙부에 상기 기어중공부가 형성되고 외주연에 따라 전개되는 케이블가이드홈(121)이 형성되는 제1풀리유닛(120)과, 상기 제1풀리유닛(120)의 일면을 지지하는 제2풀리유닛(130)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 로터리 케이블 구조.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 케이블고정유닛(200)은, 상기 제2톱니기어(210)가 외주면에 형성되는 케이블고정편(220)과, 상기 연결케이블(400)에 장력이 가해지도록 상기 케이블고정편(220)을 회전시키기 위한 스위치편(230) 및, 상기 케이블고정편(220)을 상기 풀리유닛(100)에 후크 결합하기 위한 고정후 크(240)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 로터리 케이블 구조.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 하우징(300)에는 상기 연결케이블(400)을 가이드하기 위한 고정클립(310)이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 로터리 케이블 구조.
