Claims (7)
- 화학식 II의 화합물을 염소와 반응시켜 화학식 III의 화합물을 유리 형태 또는 염 형태로 형성하는 단계(a) 및이렇게 하여 수득한 화학식 III의 화합물을 화학식 IV의 화합물과 반응시키는 단계(b)를 포함하며,공정 단계(a)에 따르는 염소화가 촉매량의 SO2의 존재하에 염소를 사용하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는,화학식 I의 화합물을 유리 형태 또는 염 형태로 제조하는 방법.화학식 I화학식 II화학식 III화학식 IV위의 화학식 I, II 및 IV에서,Q는 CH 또는 N이고,Y는 NO2 또는 CN이고,Z는 CHR3, O, NR3 또는 S이고,R1 및 R2는 각각 서로 독립적으로 수소, 또는 치환되지 않거나 R4에 의해 치환된 C1-C8 알킬이거나, R1과 R2는 함께 NR5, O 및 S로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 헤테로 원자를 함유하거나 함유하지 않는 탄소수 2 또는 3의 알킬렌 브릿지를 형성하고,R3은 H, 또는 치환되지 않거나 R4에 의해 치환된 C1-C12 알킬이고,R4는 페닐, 나프틸, 퀴놀리닐, 퀴녹살리닐, 인돌리닐, 벤조티오페닐, 벤조푸라닐, 프테리디닐, 푸리닐, 피리딜, 피리미디닐, 티아졸릴 또는 벤조티아졸릴이고,R5는 H, 또는 C1-C12 알킬이며,X는 이탈 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공정 단계(a)가 아세토니트릴 속에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공정 단계(a)에서 연속 공정이 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공정 단계(a)에서 SO2가, 화학식 II의 출발 물질을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 50mol%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
