Claims (4)
- 정상전류를 필요로 하는 메인 회로부와 정상전류 및 슬립전류를 필요로 하는 슬립동작 회로부를 포함하는 시스템 온 칩에서의 슬립전류 조절회로에 있어서,모드 선택이 정상모드일때는 턴온 전압 및 정상 전류를 공급하고, 상기 모드 선택이 슬립모드일때는 턴오프 전압을 공급하는 레귤레이터;상기 슬립동작 회로부의 전류 입력단에 연결된 접속노드와 상기 레귤레이터의 출력단과 사이에 연결되어, 상기 레귤레이터의 턴온 전압에 의해 턴온되어 상기 레귤레이터로부터의 정상전류를 상기 메인 회로부 및 슬립동작 회로부로 공급하고, 상기 레귤레이터의 턴오프전압에 의해 턴오프되어 상기 메인 회로부로의 전류공급을 차단하고, 상기 슬립동작 회로부에 슬립전류를 공급하는 스위칭 소자; 및동작전압단과 상기 스위칭 소자의 타단 사이에 연결되어, 상기 동작전압에 의해 흐르는 전류를 제한하여 슬립전류를 상기 슬립동작 회로부에 공급하는 전류 제한 소자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템 온 칩의 슬립전류 조절회로.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 소자는,상기 레귤레이터의 출력단에 연결된 애노드와, 상기 접속노드에 연결된 캐소드를 갖는 다이오드로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템 온 칩의 슬립전류 조절회로.
- 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 전류 제한 소자는,상기 슬립동작 회로부에서 요구하는 슬립 전류로 전류를 제한하는 저항값을 갖는 저항을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템 온 칩의 슬립전류 조절회로.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다이오드는,상기 레귤레이터의 턴온 전압에 의해 턴온되어 상기 레귤레이터로부터의 정상전류를 상기 메인 회로부 및 슬립동작 회로부로 공급하고, 상기 레귤레이터의 턴오프전압에 의해 턴오프되어 상기 메인 회로부로의 전류공급을 차단하고, 상기 슬립동작 회로부에 슬립전류를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템 온 칩의 슬립전류 조절회로.
