Abstract
Description
이트륨 실리케이트 형광체 모체는 이트륨(Y)의 질산염 또는 초산염 수용액을 알칼리 수용액으로 pH를 6.5 ~12.0 사이로 조절하고, 300 ~500℃로 예열된 가압수와 혼합하여, 고체 실리콘을 온도 300 ~500℃, 압력 20 ~50MPa의 물에서 수화시켜 제조한 수산화실리콘 수용액과, 온도 300 ~500℃, 압력 20 ~50MPa에서 0.1분 ~3시간 반응시켜 제조한다.
즉, 고체 실리콘을 반응기에 직접 넣고 수산화 실리콘이 생성되어 금속염 수용액과 반응하도록 하여 이트륨 실리케이트 형광체를 제조할 수도 있고, 고체 실리콘을 반응기에 직접 넣고 수산화 실리콘이 생성되어 이트륨(Y)의 질산염 또는 초산염 수용액과 반응하도록 하여 이트륨 실리케이트 형광체 모체를 제조할 수도 있는 것이다.
Claims (4)
- 이트륨(Y)의 질산염 또는 초산염 수용액과 활성체로 유로퓸(Eu), 테르븀(Tb), 세륨(Ce), 프로세오디뮴(Pr), 가돌리늄(Gd), 다이프로슘(Dy), 툴륨(Tm)에서 선택되는 란탄(La) 계열의 질산염 또는 초산염 수용액을 혼합한 금속염 수용액을 알칼리 수용액으로 pH를 6.5 ~12.0 사이로 조절하고, 300 ~500℃로 예열된 가압수와 혼합하여,고체 실리콘을 온도 300 ~500℃, 압력 20 ~50MPa의 물에서 수화시켜 제조한 수산화실리콘 수용액과,온도 300 ~500℃, 압력 20 ~50MPa에서 0.1분 ~3시간 반응시키는 이트륨 실리케이트 형광체 제조방법.
- 이트륨(Y)의 질산염 또는 초산염 수용액을 알칼리 수용액으로 pH를 6.5 ~12.0 사이로 조절하고, 300 ~500℃로 예열된 가압수와 혼합하여,고체 실리콘을 온도 300 ~500℃, 압력 20 ~50MPa의 물에서 수화시켜 제조한 수산화실리콘 수용액과,온도 300 ~500℃, 압력 20 ~50MPa에서 0.1분 ~3시간 반응시키는 이트륨 실리케이트 형광체 모체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 실리콘을 반응기에 직접 넣고 수산화 실리콘이 생성되어 금속염 수용액과 반응하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 이트륨 실리케이트 형광체 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고체 실리콘을 반응기에 직접 넣고 수산화 실리콘이 생성되어 이트륨(Y)의 질산염 또는 초산염 수용액과 반응하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 이트륨 실리케이트 형광체 모체의 제조방법.
