Claims (3)
- 철도차량용 객차 대차에 있어서 탄성조인트를 프레임에 취부하는 구조로서,상기 프레임의 내측에 고정되며 하단부가 편평한 형상의 편평부 및 이 편평부의 중심에 형성된 일방이 개방된 홈으로 이루어지는 피봇 하우징과,상기 피봇하우징에 회전가능하게 장착되는 환형 형상의 피봇부가 일단부에 형성되고 액슬을 지지하는 반원 형상의 액슬지지부가 타단부에 형성된 상부 액슬박스 하우징과,상기 상부 액슬박스 하우징을 덮어 액슬을 지지하는 하부 액슬박스 하우징을 구비하며,상기 피봇부의 내부에 끼워지는 부시의 중심에는 길이방향으로 부분적으로 절단된 단차부가 양 단부에 형성되어 있는 핀이 삽입고정되고,상기 피봇하우징의 홈은 상기 핀의 양단부에 끼워지고 상기 피봇하우징의 편평부가 클램핑 블럭에 의해 체결되며,상기 클램핑 블럭의 중앙 상면에는 수평 돌출부가 형성되어 있으며 상기 핀의 단차부의 수평부가 상기 클램핑 블럭의 수평 돌출부에 의해 체결되고,상기 하부 액슬박스 하우징의 선단부에는 수직 댐퍼를 취부하기 위한 지지부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성조인트 취부구조.
