Claims (5)
- 각 서브필드의 서스테인 기간 동안 상부기판에 형성된 주사전극 및 유지전극 중 주사전극으로만 서스테인 펄스를 공급하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널에 있어서,상기 주사전극 및 유지전극 상에 형성되는 상부 유전체층과,상기 상부 유전체층 상에 형성되는 보호막과,상기 상부기판과 대향되는 하부기판상에 상기 주사전극 및 유지전극과 교차되는 방향을 형성되는 어드레스전극과,상기 어드레스 전극 상에 형성되는 하부 유전체층을 구비하며,상기 상부 유전체층은 상기 주사전극과 중첩되는 부분에서의 두께가 상기 유지전극과 중첩되는 부분에서의 두께보다 두껍게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유지전극은 상기 서브필드 기간 동안 접지 전위를 공급받는 것을 특징 으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 서스테인 펄스는 교번적으로 인가되는 정극성 전위와 부극성 전위로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하부 유전체층 상에 형성되는 형광체층을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널.
