Claims (12)
- 글리세르알데히드 삼인산을 다이하이드록시아세톤 인산으로 전환하는 활성이증가된, 서열번호 24의 아미노산 서열의 N-말단으로부터 153번째 위치에 존재하는 글루탐산이 알라닌, 발린, 이소루이신 또는 루이신으로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 트리오스포스페이트 아이소머라제 변이체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서열번호 24의 아미노산 서열의 N-말단으로부터 153번째 위치에 존재하는 글루탐산이 알라닌으로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 트리오스포스페이트 아이소머라제 변이체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 트리오스포스페이트 아이소머라제 변이체를 코딩하는 유전자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 서열번호 20의 염기서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 글리세르알데히드 삼인산을 다이하이드록시아세톤 인산으로 전환하는 활성이증가된, 서열번호 24의 아미노산 서열의 N-말단으로부터 220번째 위치에 존재하는 페닐알라닌이 세린, 트레오닌, 티로신, 아스파라긴 또는 글루타민으로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 트리오스포스페이트 아이소머라제 변이체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 서열번호 24의 아미노산 서열의 N-말단으로부터 220번째 위치에 존재하는 페닐알라닌이 세린으로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 트리오스포스페이트 아이소머라제 변이체.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 따른 트리오스포스페이트 아이소머라제 변이체를 코딩하는 유전자.
- 제7항에 있어서, 서열번호 21의 염기서열을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전자.
- 제3항에 따른 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제9항에 따른 벡터를 포함하는 형질전환체를 배양하는 단계 및 상기 배양으로부터 글리세롤을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는, 글리세롤을 생산하는 방법.
- 제7항에 따른 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터.
