Claims (5)
- 공급부와 압축부 및 게량부로 구분 형성되며, 상기 각 부분에 나선형으로 형성된 주나선날개로 수지원료를 강제 이송시키는 사출성형기의 사출스크류에 있어서,상기 사출스크류의 압축부에는 주나선날개 사이에 한 줄 나선상태로 형성된 보조나선날개가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 계량부에는 주나선날개 사이에 세 줄 나선상태로 형성된 제1 내지 제3 보조나선날개가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 사출스크류.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압축부에 형성된 주나선날개는 초기부분에서부터 종점부분까지 동일한 나선피치로 형성되어 있으며, 또한 보조나선날개는 시작부분에서부터 끝부분까지 동일한 나선피치로 형성되어 있되, 그 시작부분은 주나선날개의 초기부분에 대하여 좁은 간격을 가지도록 형성되는 한편, 그 끝부분은 주나선날개의 종점부분에 대하여 좁은 간격을 가지도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 사출스크류.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 압축부에 두 줄 나선상으로 형성된 주나선날개와 보조나선날개 사이의 축나선부 시작점에서부터 축나선부 종점까지 나선상으로 형성되는 축나선부는 압축부의 스크류축보다 큰 직경으로 형성되어 있되, 상기한 축나선부 시작점의 직경이 가장 크고 상기한 축나선부 종점으로 갈수록 점차로 작아져 스크류축과 같은 직경을 갖도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 사출스크류.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 계량부에 형성된 주나선날개는 초기부분에서부터 종점부분까지 동일한 나선피치로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 주나선날개 사이에 세 줄 상태의 나선형으로 형성된 제1 내지 제3 보조나선날개 각각은 일정간격으로 끊어진 상태로 형성되어 있되, 상기한 제1 내지 제3 보조나선날개들 각각은 서로 이웃하는 것끼리 서로 지그재그 엇갈린 상태로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형기의 사출스크류.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 압축부의 보조나선날개와 계량부의 제1 내지 제3 보조나선날개는 스크류축 외주에서 주나선날개보다 낮은 높이로 나선상으로 돌출 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 사출성형기의 사출스크류.
