Claims (3)
- 연속 주조기(100)에서 액상 금속이 내부에서 유동하고, 연속주조작업을 하기 위한 쉬라우드 노즐 또는 서브머지형 엔트리 노즐에 있어서,원통형을 이루는 본체(10)에는 파이프로 만들어지며 불활성기체가 이동하는 이중의 냉각관(15)(20)들이 배치되고, 상기 냉각관(15)(20)들은 몰드 플럭스(mold flux) 또는 몰드 파우더(mold powder)와의 화학반응을 억제하는 재질의 내화물(22)과 성형 결합되어 본체(10)에 내장되며,연속 주조중 본체(10)의 일부가 절손되면 냉각관(15)(20)으로부터 배출되는 불활성기체가 본체(10)를 보호하여 추가적인 절손을 방지하고,상기 원통형 그물망의 냉각관(15)(20)들 사이에는 이들이 서로 끼워지는 경우, 이들 사이에서 일정한 간격이 유지되도록 간격유지부재(spacer)의 역할을 하는 금속 그물망(40)이 배치되어짐을 특징으로 하는 연속주조기의 노즐.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각관(15)(20)들은 그물망 구조로 절곡및 짜여짐이 용이하도록 알루미늄, 동, 구리, 철제 관중의 어느 하나와 같이 연신율이 양호한 금속관으로 이루어질 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 연속주조기의 노즐.
