Claims (5)
- 디스크 기억 매체의 소정 위치에, 액츄에이터에 의해 헤드를 위치 결정 제어하는 헤드 위치 결정 제어 방법에 있어서,상기 헤드의 목표 위치와 상기 헤드로부터 얻은 현재 위치로부터 위치 오차를 연산하는 단계와,상기 위치 오차와 옵저버의 추정 위치와의 추정 위치 오차에 따라 상기 액츄에이터의 추정 이득을 이용하여, 상태 정보를 생성하고, 이 상태 정보로부터 상기 액츄에이터의 제어값을 연산하는 단계와,상기 추정 위치 오차에 따라 감도 함수를 정형하는 분모와 분자의 차수가 동일한 필터의 상기 분자를 분모로 한 전달 함수에 의해 정의된 외란 모델로부터 구한 추정 이득을 이용하여, 상태 정보를 생성하고, 이 상태 정보로부터 상기 액츄에이터의 외란 억압값을 연산하는 단계와,상기 제어값과 상기 외란 억압값을 가산하여, 상기 액츄에이터를 구동하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 외란 억압값 연산 단계는, 감도 함수를 원하는 외란 주파수에 따라 정형하는 1차 또는 2차 필터의 분자를 분모로 한 외란 모델의 추정 이득을 이용하여 상태 정보를 생성하고, 이 상태 정보로부터 상기 액츄에이터의 외란 억압값을 연산하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 위치 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외란 억압값 연산 단계는, 상기 감도 함수를 원하는 외란 주파수에 따라 정형하는 필터의 상기 분자의 영점을 극으로 갖는 외란 모델의 추정 이득을 이용하여 상태 정보를 생성하고, 이 상태 정보로부터 상기 액츄에이터의 외란 억압값을 연산하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 위치 제어 방법.
- 디스크 기억 매체의 데이터를 적어도 판독하는 헤드와,상기 디스크 기억 매체의 소정 위치에, 상기 헤드를 위치 결정하는 액츄에이터와,상기 헤드의 목표 위치와 상기 헤드로부터 얻은 현재 위치로부터 위치 오차를 연산하고, 상기 위치 오차와 옵저버의 추정 위치와의 추정 위치 오차에 따라 상기 액츄에이터의 추정 이득을 이용하여 상태 정보를 생성하고, 이 상태 정보로부터 상기 액츄에이터의 제어값을 연산하는 제어 유닛을 포함하며,상기 제어 유닛은, 상기 추정 위치 오차에 따라 감도 함수를 정형하는 분모와 분자의 차수가 동일한 필터의 상기 분자를 분모로 한 전달 함수에 의해 정의된 외란 모델로부터 구한 추정 이득을 이용하여, 상태 정보를 생성하고, 이 상태 정보로부터 상기 액츄에이터의 외란 억압값을 연산하며, 상기 제어값과 이 외란 억압값을 가산하여 상기 액츄에이터를 구동하고,상기 제어 유닛은, 감도 함수를 원하는 외란 주파수에 따라 정형하는 1차 또는 2차 필터의 분자를 분모로 한 외란 모델의 추정 이득을 이용하여 상태 정보를 생성하고, 이 상태 정보로부터 상기 액츄에이터의 외란 억압값을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛은, 상기 감도 함수를 원하는 외란 주파수에 따라 정형하는 필터의 상기 분자의 영점을 극으로 갖는 외란 모델의 추정 이득을 이용하여 상태 정보를 생성하고, 이 상태 정보로부터 상기 액츄에이터의 외란 억압값을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 장치.
- 디스크 기억 매체의 데이터를 적어도 판독하는 헤드를, 액츄에이터를 제어하여, 상기 디스크 기억 매체의 소정 위치에 위치 결정하는 헤드 위치 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 헤드의 목표 위치와 상기 헤드로부터 얻은 현재 위치로부터 추정 위치 오차를 연산하고, 상기 위치 오차와 옵저버의 추정 위치와의 추정 위치 오차에 따라 상기 액츄에이터의 추정 이득을 이용하여 상태 정보를 생성하고, 상기 상태 정보로부터 상기 액츄에이터의 제어값을 연산하는 옵저버와,상기 추정 위치 오차에 따라 감도 함수를 정형하는 분모와 분자의 차수가 동일한 필터의 상기 분자를 분모로 한 전달 함수에 의해 정의된 외란 모델로부터 구한 추정 이득을 이용하여 상태 정보를 생성하고, 이 상태 정보로부터 상기 액츄에이터의 외란 억압값을 연산하는 외란 옵저버와,상기 제어값과 상기 외란 억압값을 가산하여, 상기 액츄에이터를 구동하는 가산 블록을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 위치 제어 장치.
