Claims (8)
- 실리카 졸을 밀폐된 폴리프로필렌 용기에 넣어 젤화시켜 습윤젤을 형성시키는 제1단계;상기 폴리프로필렌 용기에 2-프로판올을 첨가하여 상기 습윤젤을 숙성시키는 제2단계;숙성된 습윤젤 내부에 존재하는 알콜을 자일렌으로 용매치환시키는 제3단계;상기의 용매 치환된 습윤젤을 헥사메틸디실잔(hexa methyl di silazane, HMDSZ)으로 표면 개질을 수행하는 제4단계;상기 개질된 습윤젤을 자일렌으로 세척한 후, 건조시키는 제5단계;상기 건조된 습윤젤을 열처리하는 제6단계로 구성된 고투명도를 갖는 실리카 에어로젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1단계는 실리카 졸을 밀폐된 폴리프로필렌 용기에 넣어 40-60℃에서 1-3시간 동안 젤화시키는 것인 실리카 에어로젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2단계의 숙성은 40-60℃에서 12-36시간 동안 수행되는 것인 실리카 에어로젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4단계의 표면 개질공정은 헥사메틸디실잔(HMDSZ)과 자일렌의 혼합 용액이 첨가되어 있는 폴리프로필렌 용기에 제3단계의 용매 치환된 습윤젤을 넣어 밀봉하여 40-60℃에서 2-4일 동안 표면 개질을 수행시키는 것인 실리카 에어로젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제5단계의 세척 공정은 40-60℃에서 12-36시간 동안 자일렌으로 1-10회 세척하는 것인 실리카 에어로젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제5단계의 건조 공정은 세척이 완료된 습윤젤을 자일렌의 분위기 중에서 2-4일 동안 건조시킨 후 다시 40-60℃에서 2-4일 동안 건조시키는 것인 실리카 에어로젤의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제6단계의 열처리는 상온에서부터 0.1~10℃/min의 속도로 100℃-300℃까지 승온시킨 후 100℃-300℃에서 1-3시간 동안 열처리하는 것인 실리카 에어로젤의 제조방법.
