Claims (9)
- 적어도 하나의 브레이크 회로에서 압력을 제어하는 마스터 실린더(2), 상기 마스터 실린더 내에 압력 변동을 만들도록 마스터 실린더에 미끄러지도록 장착되는 제 1 피스톤(3), 그리고 제 1 피스톤(3)의 보어(18)의 후방부를 시일한 상태로 미끄러지는 반작용 피스톤(17)을 포함하는 긴급 조력 밸브(VA)를 포함하고, 이러한 제 1 피스톤(3)은 수동 제어부재(4)에 의하여 가해진 입력 및 수동 제어부재(4)에 연결되는 부스터(6)에 의하여 가해진 배력으로 이루어지는 작동력을 받고, 이러한 보어의 전방부(18a)는 마스터 실린더의 내부 체적(5)과 연통하고, 반작용 피스톤(17)은 비율 제어부(24)가 통과하는 축방향 통로를 포함하고, 상기 비율 제어부의 전방 끝부에 헤드(25)를 구비하며, 이 헤드는 상기 제 1 피스톤의 보어에서 더 전방에 수용된 부싱(27)과 상기 반작용 피스톤(17) 사이에 놓여있는 챔버(26)에 위치되고, 이러한 부싱(27)은 단면이 반작용 피스톤의 단면보다 더 작은 고속 피스톤(29)이 미끄러질 수 있는 축방향 통로(28)를 구비하고, 상기 고속 피스톤도 양 끝부가 개방된 축방향 통로(30)를 구비하고, 상기 고속 피스톤의 후방 끝부 및 상기 비율 제어부의 헤드는 상기 고속 피스톤의 통로(30)로의 입구를 차단할 수 있는 밸브(36)를 형성하는 자동차용 부스터식 제동장치에 있어서,일방의 상기 반작용 피스톤(17)과 상기 부싱(27) 사이에 놓여있는 챔버(26)와, 타방의 상기 부싱(27)의 전방에 위치하는 제 1 피스톤의 보어의 구역(18a) 사이의 압력차이를 비율 제어부의 헤드와 상기 고속 피스톤의 후방 끝부에 의하여 형성된 밸브(36)를 개방시킬 수 있는 값보다 낮은 값으로 제한하기 위한 수단(E)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터식 제동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수단(E)은 챔버(26)와 구역(18a) 사이에서의 압력차를 5bar 이하 값으로 제한할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터식 제동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 압력차를 제한하기 위한 수단(E)은, 부싱(27)이 상기 제 1 피스톤(3)의 보어(18)내에서 미끄러질 수 있도록 부싱(27)을 장착한 것으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터식 제동장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 부싱(27)을 상기 보어(18)내에, 시일한 상태에서 미끄럼 장착하는데 사용되는 시일(27a)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터식 제동장치.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 부싱의 한쪽은 스프링(32)의 작용을 받으면서 상기 부싱을 반작용 피스톤(17)쪽으로 면한 다른 쪽에 유지하기 위하여, 부싱(27) 뒤에 구비된 탄성 스플릿 링(40)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터식 제동장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 탄성 스플릿 링은 제 1 피스톤의 보어의 벽(18)에 고정된 링(40)에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터식 제동장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 부싱(27)은 제 1 피스톤(3)의 보어(18)에서 축방향으로 움직이지 않게 되고 그리고 압력차를 제한하기 위한 수단(E)은 부싱 전방의 영역(18a)과 챔버(26) 사이를 연결하는 연결 덕트(41)를 포함하고, 이러한 연결 덕트는 챔버-전방 영역 방향으로의 흐름을 가청 노이즈가 없게 할 수 있는 값으로 설정되는 역지밸브(42)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터식 제동장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 역지밸브(42)는 5bar 이하의 값으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터식 제동장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 밸브(36)의 개방을 피하기 위하여 허용가능한 한계 값보다 더 낮은 주어진 압력에 도달하면 체적이 작아질 수 있고, 챔버(26)내에 위치된 압축성 폼 링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터식 제동장치.
