Claims (4)
- 서열번호 1의 몰리브덴 보조인자 생합성효소 A를 암호화하는 moaA 유전자를 포함하는 발현벡터로 형질전환시킴으로서 몰리브덴 보조인자 생합성효소 A의 활성이 증가되어 L-라이신 생산능이 향상된 것을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리움 속 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 moaA 활성의 증가는 몰리브덴 보조인자 생합성 효소 A를 코딩하는 유전자의 프로모터 부위를 포함하여 발현단위전체가 발현되도록 서열번호 1의 서열을 포함하는 벡터에 의한 코리네박테리움 속 미생물의 형질전환에 의한 것임을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리움 속 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물은 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰(Corynebacterium glutamicum) CA01-015 KCCM-10802P임을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리움 속 미생물.
- 제1항 기재의 미생물 또는 상기 미생물의 배양액을 발효 배양하여 L-라이신을 생산하는 방법.
