Claims (22)
- 반응기에 고리형 에스터 단량체 및 점토(clay)를 넣고 여기에 중합촉매를 첨가한 후 다이클로로트리플루오로에탄(HFC-23), 다이플루오로메탄(HFC-32), 다이플루오로에탄(HFC-152a), 트리플루오로에탄(HFC-143a), 테트라플루오로에탄(HFC-134a), 펜타플루오로에탄(HFC-125), 헵타플루오로프로판(HFC-227ea), 헥사플루오로프로판(HFC-236fa), 펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245fa), 헥사플루오린화황(SF6), 퍼플루오로사이클로부탄(C-318), 다이클로로플루오로에탄(HCFC-1416), 클로로다이플루오로에탄(HCFC-1426), 클로로플루오로메탄(HCFC-22), 디메틸에테르 및 이들의 혼합물의 압축기체(compressed gas)들로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 초임계 유체를 주입하여 상기 단량체를 중합반응시킴으로써 점토와 50,000 내지 1,000,000 g/mol의 분자량을 갖는 생분해성 폴리에스터의 나노복합체를 제조하는 것을 포함하는, 점토/고분자량의 생분해성 폴리에스터 나노복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고리형 에스터 단량체가 락티드류(lactides), 락톤류(lactones), 고리형 탄산염류(cyclic carbonates), 고리형 무수물류(cyclic anhydrides) 및 티오락톤류(thiolactones) 화합물로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 화학식 1의 화합물이 L-락티드, D-락티드, D,L-락티드 및 글리콜리드로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 화학식 2의 화합물이 ε-카프로락톤(caprolactone)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점토가 필로실리케이트(phyllosilicates), 나트륨 필로실리케이트, 칼륨 필로실리케이트, 및 이들이 화학식 3으로 표시되는 4가 암모늄이온으로 처리(modified)된 것 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법:화학식 3N+R3R4R5R6상기 식에서, R3, R4, R5 및 R6는 각각 독립적으로 비치환되거나 치환된 C1- C25 알킬, 이 때 치환기는 페닐, 하이드록시, 아민, 에폭시 또는 카복시산이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 필로실리케이트가 몬모릴로나이트(montmorillonite), 헥토나이트(hectorite), 사포나이트(saponite), 베이델라이트(beidellite), 논트로나이트(nontronite), 버미큘라이트(vermiculite), 볼콘스코이트(volkonskoite), 소코나이트(sauconite), 불화헥토라이트(fluorohectorite), 마가다이트(magadite), 카올리나이트(kaolinite) 및 할로이사이트(halloysite)로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합 촉매가 아연계 촉매, 주석계 촉매, 알루미늄계 촉매 및 산촉매로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 아연계 촉매가 아연, 디에틸아연(diethyl zinc), 옥토산 아연(zinc octoate), 염화아연(zinc chloride) 및 산화아연(zinc oxide)으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 주석계 촉매가 옥토산 주석(stannous octoate), 염화주석(stannic chloride), 산화주석(stannous oxide), 주석 옥틸에스테르(stannous octylester), 염화주석이수화물(stannous chloride dihydrate) 및 테트라페닐주석(tetraphenyl tin)으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 알루미늄계 촉매가 염화 알루미늄(aluminum chloride) 또는 알루미늄 에톡사이드(aluminum ethoxide)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 산촉매가 아연 비스(2,2-다이메틸-3,5-헵탄다이오네이토-O,O')(zinc bis(2,2-dimethyl-3,5-heptanedionato-O,O')인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 중합촉매가 옥토산 주석(stannous octoate) 또는 염화 알루 미늄(aluminum chloride)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단량체의 농도가 초임계 유체의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 50 중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점토를 단량체의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 100 중량% 범위의 양으로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합촉매를 단량체 농도의 1/10,000 내지 1/100 범위가 되도록 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개시제를 단량체 농도의 1/10,000 내지 1/100 범위가 되도록 추가로 첨가하고 중합반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 개시제가 1,6-헥산디올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합반응을 25 내지 250 ℃ 범위의 온도 및 40 내지 700 bar 범위의 압력에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 폴리에스터 수율이 70 내지 99% 범위가 되도록 0.2 내지 50시간 동안 중합반응을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
