Claims (7)
- 서열목록 제2서열의 아미노산 서열로 이루어지는 PAS(Plasmid Acromobacter Secretion) 인자 변이체.
- 상기 제 1 항의 PAS(Plasmid Acromobacter Secretion) 인자 변이체를 코딩하는 핵산 분자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 핵산 분자의 뉴클레오타이드 서열은 서열목록 제1서열로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 핵산 분자.
- 상기 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항의 PAS(Plasmid Acromobacter Secretion) 인자 변이체를 코딩하는 핵산 분자를 포함하는 벡터.
- 상기 제 4 항의 벡터를 포함하는 형질전환체.
- 다음의 단계를 포함하는 재조합 펩타이드 또는 단백질의 대량 생산 방법:(a) 재조합 펩타이드 또는 단백질을 코딩하는 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 포함하는 상기 제4항의 벡터로 숙주세포를 형질전환시키는 단계;(b) 상기 형질전환된 숙주세포를 배양하고 상기 재조합 펩타이드 또는 단백질을 발현시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 발현된 재조합 펩타이드 또는 단백질을 수득하는 단계.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 벡터는 상기 제1항의 PAS 인자 변이체-코딩 뉴클레오타이드 서열-융합 파트너 단백질-코딩 뉴클레오타이드 서열-재조합 펩타이드 또는 단백질-코딩 뉴클레오타이드 서열로 이루어지고, 상기 PAS 인자 변이체는 서열목록 제2서열의 아미노산 서열로 이루어진 발현 컨스트럭트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
