Abstract
Description
상기 천연무기질 재료는 필수성분으로서 규산(SiO2)40중량% ~ 85중량%, 알루미나(Al2O3)15중량% ~ 30중량%이고 임의성분으로 산화제이철(Fe2O3)0 ~ 5중량%, 산화칼슘(CaO)0 ~ 5중량%, 산화마그네슘(MgO)0 ~ 5중량%, 산화나트륨(Na2O)0 ~ 5중량%, 산화칼륨(K2O)0 ~ 5중량%, 이글로스(Igloss)0 ~ 5중량%가 270 ~ 300 메쉬(inch)의 입도로 분쇄되어 70중량% ~ 80중량%로 구비되고,
상기 벤토나이트는 NA-형 벤토나이트가 10중량% ~ 15중량%로 구비되어 상기 천연무기질 재료를 결합하기 위한 결합재로 사용되며,
상기 고형체는 결합된 상기 천연무기질 재료와 벤토나이트에 물 10중량% ~ 15중량%를 혼합하여 구형, 육면체형, 원통형, 원추형, 입체 마름모형, 원뿔형성구형 중 어느 하나의 형상으로 성형시켜 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 0.5mm 이하의 조립사(Coarse sand) 0.02중량% ~ 3.3중량%, 0.25mm 이하의 중립사(Medium sand) 0.08중량% ~ 0.63중량%, 0.125mm 이하의 세립사(Fine sand) 0.09중량% ~ 55.5중량%, 0.063mm 이하의 미세립사(Very fine sand) 1~39%, 0.063mm 이상의 니질(silt&clay) 2중량% ~ 98중량% 외 유기물로 이루어진 통상의 갯벌과, 상기 갯벌에 투입되어 갯벌을 정화하도록 성분이 황토, 토석, 규산질원료, 규산 알루미늄원료, 알루미나, 석회원료, 마그네시아원료, 장석질원료, 산화인계원료 중 선택된 어느 하나 내지 두 개 이상으로 혼합된 분말 상의 천연무기질재료와, 벤토나이트 및 물을 혼합하여 고형체로 성형시킨 고형정화제에 있어서,상기 천연무기질 재료는 필수성분으로서 규산(SiO2)40중량% ~ 85중량%, 알루미나(Al2O3)15중량% ~ 30중량%이고 임의성분으로 산화제이철(Fe2O3)0 ~ 5중량%, 산화칼슘(CaO)0 ~ 5중량%, 산화마그네슘(MgO)0 ~ 5중량%, 산화나트륨(Na2O)0 ~ 5중량%, 산화칼륨(K2O)0 ~ 5중량%, 이글로스(Igloss)0 ~ 5중량%가 270 ~ 300 메쉬(inch)의 입도로 분쇄되어 70중량% ~ 80중량%로 구비되고,상기 벤토나이트는 NA-형 벤토나이트가 10중량% ~ 15중량%로 구비되어 상기 천연무기질 재료를 결합하기 위한 결합재로 사용되며,상기 고형체는 결합된 상기 천연무기질 재료와 벤토나이트에 물 10중량% ~ 15중량%를 혼합하여 구형, 육면체형, 원통형, 원추형, 입체 마름모형, 원뿔형성구형 중 어느 하나의 형상으로 성형시켜 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고형정화제.
