- 삭제
- 합성수지의 2중 압출 성형기의 제1 압출기(1) 헤드(4)로부터 압출되는 원료를 내부수지체(18)로 형성하고, 제2 압출기(2)의 헤드부(4')로부터 압출되는 원료를 외부수지체(19)로 형성하여 합성수지 패널(30)을 성형할 수 있도록 2중 압출 성형기(10)를 다수의 직사각형 블록으로 형성하되, 상하면에 히터(10')가 설치된 성형기는 내. 외부 수지체를 압출하는 토출형틀(11), 외부수지체의 압출량을 조절하는 외부수지체 양 조절 형틀(12), 일면이 제2 압출기의 헤드와 연결된 외부수지체 공급 형틀(13), 내부수지체 양 조절 형틀(14), 제1 압출기 헤드와 연결된 내부수지체 공급형틀(15)의 결합으로 구성된 합성수지 패널의 이중 압출 성형장치에 있어서,토출형틀(11) 중앙부에 관통된 내측 가이드 홀(16)이 형성되고, 상기 내측 가이드 홀(16) 외주면에는 관통된 외측 가이드 홀(17)이 형성되며 후면에 다수의 가스배출공(23)이 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 패널의 이중 압출 성형장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,외부수지체 양 조절 형틀은 중앙에 토출형틀의 내측 가이드홀(16)과 동일한 크기의 내측 가이드 홀(16a)이 관통 형성되며, 내측 가이드홀(16a) 외주면에 일측은 넓고 다른 일측은 좁게 형성되어 내면에 경사면을 갖는 외측 가이드홀(17a)이 관통 되도록 형성하고 상하. 좌우에는 다수의 외부수지체 양 조절볼트(20)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 패널의 이중 압출 성형장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,외부수지체 공급 형틀은 중앙부에 관통된 내측 가이드 홀(16b )이 형성되고, 일측 외면이 제2 압출기(2)의 헤드(4')와 연결되어 중앙에 관통된 내측 가이드 홀(16b) 외주면을 돌아서 외부수지체 양 조절 형틀(14)의 외측 가이드홀(17a) 후면과 대응되도록 외측 가이드홀(17b)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 패널의 이중 압출 성형장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,내부수지체 양 조절형틀은 중앙에 형성된 내측 가이드홀(16c) 천장부에 활 형태의 양 조절 헤드(22)가 위치되어 상부에 설치된 다수의 내부수지체 조절볼트(21)와 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 합성수지 패널의 이중 압출 성형장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,내부수지 공급 형틀은 중앙에 관통된 내측 가이드 홀(16d)이 형성되어 일측의 내부수지체 양 조절형틀(14) 가이드홀(16c)과 대응되도록 하고 타측은 제1 압출기(1)의 헤드(4)와 연결되어 내부수지체(18)를 압출성형할 수 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 합성수지 패널의 이중 압출 성형장치.
